I was a bit concerned with the staff
I was a bit concerned with the staff, I was questioned by staff about the cell tower next to the building on arrival which is very unusual. They also mentioned their partner was a union member which I really do not really care about I've unfortunantely had trouble with a few union groups over a past incident that I reported to the police which really is irrelevant to purchasing storage and I felt like I was being treated poorly apart from that the units are well maintained.

Amazing team, easy to arrange the storage solution which suited our exact needs. The storage unit was pristine and the facility spotless.
We also used the complimentary truck hire to shift our furniture and belongings which was incredibly generous and a great addition to a great service. Highly recommended and will use this business again in the future.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They act friendly but its all fake. I was customer for over 2 years, never missed a payment except for one time (bank issue fixed in a day or two) and they hit me with late fee without accepting my circumstances, absolutely no empathy, and then when vacating I told them in advance by phone the date i was out but they said I didn't email them (on a Sunday when they were closed) so slugged me for 2 extra days. I complained about all the dirt and pollen that was blown under my door (by their leaf blower) and covered my possessions but they couldn't care less and offered me nothing. Money hungry grubs. Don't go there.
