Jess goes above and beyond , very helpful and very kindhearted as well as the team, Hands down By far the best storage Ive ever used 🤗 I highly recommend Springwood , the team there are so friendly also its so clean and tidy , what ya waiting for go use Storage King Springwood if you want top quality and a positive kind staff that know how to treat ppl with respect and No judgement no matter your situation is they’re always there to support and help your needs 🌸☺️OH I almost forgot they also have cold beverages if needed and candy 🍭 cant get any better than that 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent prices and service
It was a quick and convenient services. The onsite storage facilities are great and so are the fees. Can't go wrong with the incentive of one month free when you sign up. Good security and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Jess was fantastic from the opening conversation. Her empathetic manner helped us find an urgent storage location, just after the cyclone. We found ourselves stranded with a full truck load & nowhere to go. The booked facility was closed due to no power- they did not inform us. Jess even made arrangements to stay a little longer than her shift, just so we could finish. This will be our first choice for storage in the future, & we recommend Storage King highly.

Kyra at Springwood has been extremely helpful and any request or question has been dealt with promptly. The sign up was easy and access to the unit is simple, yet secure. The complex is clean and tidy at all times.

The whole Storage King Team have been…
The whole Storage King Team have been excellent. But I have to say Jess has gone above and beyond to help me when the removalist made a huge mistake that resulted in me having to hire a 2nd storage unit. Thankful my son in-law and I got to re pack my big unit to fit most of of things in so I could at least end the lease on the smaller one so it saves me money.
I’m thankful that Jess and her team were there to help me and was very understanding with my situation.
