Exceptional & Outstanding Customer Service
I found the level of customer service to be exceptional, following initial contact with the Staff/management, whereby i conveyed my requirement needs, the staff/management at Kingston were constantly in touch with me, providing me with updates on the progress to meet my storage needs, which also included other available options.
Their professional & courteous approach, put me at ease, allowing me to know that i was in the best hands possible.
Once a storage area suitable to my needs became available, i was offered all the assistance needed to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I cannot stress enough, how helpful the staff/management team were to me, i was just so grateful to have walked in the front door of their office and to be greeted so warmly.

This place is amazing
This place is amazing , so easy to store your stuff , so easy to access and so easy to take to storage unit with trolleys provided , hot upstairs and in elevator to get to higher floors but amazingly clean and extremely friendly staff. Love this place. Good value also.

Disappointing move out experience
Great move in experience, friendly, helpful... Disappointing move out experience... Lift stopped working on exit, staff member offered to carry my some 7 boxes down the stairs after I said I couldn't, she then disappeared only to come back to say, she was busy signing up a customer and wouldn't be able to help for 20 minutes!! So had to do it on my own with boxes at stairs and car. Ended up with back pain and chronic fatigue from health problems....
Thanks Storage King.. Won't be recommending...
