Great Staff and facility
The staff were very friendly and helpful making a potentially stressful situation of moving our things from interstate hassle free and easy. The facility is modern clean and well organised.

5 star hotel for storage
The customer service was fantastic, I have never used a storage facility before and it made the whole move more enjoyable. The complex is like a hotel so clean and I feel at ease that my belongings are safe.

Strong customer service
The manager lady ( forgotten her name) was fabulous. Very helpful and thorough. I was sad she was moving on to a relief role but totally get why the company would give her that job. I worked as an assessor with the Australian Quality Council for several years and it is staff like her that build and maintain a strong company reputation

Customer Service Excellence
This is a shout out to the lovely ladies and team at Storage King Jindalee. No request was a bother including losing my key to my storage locker. Came to my rescue with the bolt cutters. I would recommend them 100%. Customer service outstanding.

Staff have been really helpful and friendly. The storage areas are very clean & tidy.
The complimentary inclusions of a trailer and truck are magnificent. I would recommend Storage King Jindalee, to anyone wanting to storge their goods.
