Over crowded storage facility in Hume…
I rang around and organised a large storage facility. After initial issues with not confirming it and confusion from sales staff I was offered a storage facility to accomodate a large toy hauler trailer at a discounted rate. I was very happy with the response and agreed.
Upon arrival I found that the storage is big enough but at location in Hume ACT, a shipping container used for storage is in the way and it is so tight, I can not get any larger vehicles in this facility.
The person working the desk was mildly helpful ringing the other storage facility looking for an appropriate sized storage locker.
Do not advertise that is is for larger vehicles if you do not have access. I have now had to find alternative storage at an extra cost as the trailer is outside.

Great staff, convenient facility
The manager at Hume, Jordan, went out of his way to make my experience as stress free as possible. He explored the size and location of the units I required with me to ensure I received the best value for money and ease of access to my storage units.

Great to do business with.
The staff, cleanliness of the facility and explanation of the agreement terms and conditions were thorough. Whilst I was offered additional services it wasn't a hard sell at all. Thoroughly recommended.
