The staff at West Heidelberg,those two boys Jason & Phil are genuine real people , who care about their clients, they are very hard working, I’ve witnessed on a number of occasions working not having any breaks until clients are satisfied with either calls or walk ins ,Storage King should acknowledge these two absolutely. Worst Experience Ever at Storage King Heidelberg West – Complete Scam Artists! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do NOT rent from Storage King in Heidelberg West. This place is run by a bunch of absolute scam artists who prey on people needing storage.

They lure you in with a "great deal" – I signed up paying around $140 a month after their sales rep pitched some special "deal" and there was no mention of six-monthly price hikes. I even mentioned at the time that I was going to be overseas for an extended period, so I specifically asked about price stability.

Now, while I'm stuck overseas and unable to easily move my belongings, they've hit me with a fourth massive increase – my unit has jumped to nearly $240! That's almost double in no time. They clearly knew I couldn't seek alternatives or move out, yet they jacked up the prices anyway. This is classic bait-and-switch fraud, deliberately targeting customers they know are trapped.

I could've easily gone to a competitor on a proper long-term contract and paid way less from day one, but these crooks use low intro rates to lock you in, then exploit your situation by hiking prices when you're least able to respond.

The whole company is full of greedy liars who don't care about customers – just squeezing every last dollar out of you. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

Stay far away from Storage King Heidelberg West. Total rip-off run by con artists! 1 star – and that's being generous.

The young man that showed me around was friend, respectful and ensured I knew where things were should I have any issues.

Jason and Phil were incredibly helpful, explained everything very clearly and made the whole experience very simple. I have no hesitation in recommending Storage King West Heidelberg.

The store manager Jason is awesome.. friendly and so helpful.

Horrific experience 2024. Too much to go into detail. One incident: We drove an hour very tired from moving in traffic due to freeway road works in morning to find van was double booked and manager stated "what do you want me to do cut the van in half" and suggested to do "rock paper scissors!" We were not happy with the zero customer service. Several incidents zero follow up from management such as reimbusing head office area manager promised probably should add names in here) for last minute van booking on same day we were double booked. Have photo evidence of dirty unit/premises as well. Items damaged due to moisture in building and poor environmental control (had before after photos taken on premises) would not compensate a rare baroque credenza. No accountability. So relieved we have closed the unit. Cut our loses but still considerimg taking further action. NEVER again.

I have already paid my deposit but Storage King did not send me any confirmation email. Because if an error occurs in your system what will I use as a proof to. The receipt only is not enough since it only shows 50aud deposit payment, it does not show my locker nunber, rental period, monthly rental fee and other important details. I am VERY DISSAPOINED AND DISSATISSFIED that a big company like Storage King cannot even send customers a confirmation email even when keeping their money. I even send complaint form on your website but no reply to me. I have stated very CLEARLY about thr receipt in my complaint form. I really doubt Storage King read my complaint before replying to me or not
This will be first amd last time using Storage King service. And I would not recommend my friends to uae your service.
