I was paying remolists by the hour
I was paying remolists by the hour, they filled the lift to transport upstairs, the lift didn’t work.
They waited 30 minutes to find out they had to remove the goods and place elsewhere.another 30 minutes to transport.
Area manager told me I would need to pay for another removalist to transport my goods, I argued the point it was a purpose built facility and I would not be paying.
Had to turn up on the Monday night to be present to move the goods.
Storage King absorbed the cost however I paid $139 for the disruption.
Poor customer service!
I would like to be reimbursed or have my second month for $1
The experience was time consuming and stressful.
I had to argue my point which is totally unacceptable.
Won’t be recommending Storage King

Arrangements were made with your Greensborough office in person, for access on Sunday 22nd Dec 24, when I arrived on the Sunday morning with the Removal Company with two men, we found the Unit we hired was locked, I contacted your after hours person who advised he was two hours away and to break the lock. The lock was eventually smashed for access, I had to pay one hour extra to the removal company. NOT HAPPY
