The facility (at Epping) Manager Tyler was very warm and welcoming and he explained everything in detail and helped us in a very professional manner. we had a very smooth on boarding.

The thing I really liked about Storage…
The thing I really liked about Storage King was the flexibility they provided - including the range of locker sizes available, and the autonomy provided to customers ie the ability to take away items from the locker, or to add, at a later point. They have a lengthy set of hours for customers to independently add, or collect from their assigned locker. Also, staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and obliging.

Great friendly service :) The staff are supportive, kind and helpful. Security is reassuring. Storage was clean and accessibility is great. The availability of trolleys and pallet jack helped immensely to get our items into storage with ease. The storage boxes and huge range of packing items- couch covers, tape, bubble wrap, tissue paper, mattress bags and so on, made it easy to purchase all in one place. Thank you!!!
