I was warmly welcomed when I first visited. Everything was explained clearly. I liked that no one can just wander in without logging in first and the CCTV system seems comprehensive. I needed help when getting into my storage unit and the manager was extremely helpful in this matter. Very pleased with this. Appreciate the professionalism.

The office girls and then the recommended removalist made it all so far a pleasant experience no hassles whatsoever. Would recommend to others.

The setup at Storage King Coomera is easy to understand, easy to use and seems very secure. The staff are helpful and the buildings clean and well maintained. Allowed shorter term storage than many other places which suited me so I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Such professionalism and helpful people who organised everything for me while I was still in Victoria preparing to move. Leanne was just amaizing and nothing was too hard for her to do. I had to change the size of the unit twice before I moved in and still I could feel the smile come through the phone. Reasonably priced and so clean with security to the max. Could not fault my decision to store my things there. Fantastic

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They all knew the procedures and explained them so I could understand. We borrowed the truck for a half day to move my things into storage. Facility is clean and secure. Cameras moniter the facility. I feel comfortable leaving my personal items there.

The staff are friendly and helpful. As this is an extremely stressful time for us their support has been wonderful in making this as streamlined as possible. Offering 4 hours free availability of a removalist truck has alleviated some of the financial burden associated with moving.
