Great customer service & clean, safe building
Leanne at the Upper Coomera location was very helpful, easy and practical to deal with. The facilities were clean, well lit and the lifts and trolleys worked. It was a little more expensive than other places but the price included a special offer for a hire van to move my items. Would highly recommend using them.

I appreciated most the service offered by Leanne, I was actually going to shop around for prices but her customer service, her energy and willingness to help she was so well received that I chose to purchase just based on that. I also appreciated that there is a complimentary truck that you can use when scheduled.

Both Leanne and Cameron have gone above and beyond to help me out from last minute availability to store a 4br house to truck and van hire to move it all, can't forget the life saving move of having bolt Cutters to help retrieve spare keys locked in unit., these two are amazing people that will do everything they can to help make your life easier.
