We like the staff and that the facility is new and clean. It is also well situated being close to Bunnings and Woolworths so we can combine storage with shopping!

Very clean and well explained.
Very clean, nice staff. I was also told all of the costs involved upfront, before I went to sign up. A lot of the other companies have similar charges (a one off cleaning fee for example) never told me about this and whilst its small its a bit annoying to ask how much something is and not be told a fee. So well done to storage king!

It is exactly what we expected of a storage facility and miles beyond what we had at our last. Really pleased.
We also loved being able to use the van and were very impressed by the helpful staff.
