Booking good but furniture covered in dust
Customer service for booking was good.
Returned to my storage unit after 5 days to add more items to find all my timber furniture was covered in what looked like cement dust. Not easy to wipe off and I was not expecting this or I would have covered everything. Disappointed.

Very helpful on the initial phonecall as I needed a storage room fairly quickly. Then also great at showing me the site and finalising paperwork. No problems accessing the site since.

The warehouse is very clean, well-lit and most importantly, loading access is so much simpler than other places I've used in the past. Very happy with the result.
