Great things
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Overall the experience was excellent. Easy, helpful and affordable. Stefan was great, after I made my reservation for a medium sized unit and came into store to find out more information and begin a contract, he told me after discussion that I could definitely downsized and definitely save more money. It was just nice to see that in the process he was looking after my own interests and wasn't taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Genuine

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I have just rented a storage unit at the Nth Geelong Storage King, from the time I walked in to ask how it works-I was greeted by Kathy who was knowledgeable, able to show me the different size units available, prices etc.
I was offered the truck to move my things, I met Stefan as well and both he and Kathy were friendly, helpful and generally great customer service.

Great facilities at a great price
Quick and easy transaction. Stephan and Kathy were really friendly and accommodating and understanding of my situation and gave me a great deal. Have used them often in the past for long term storage and will always go back due to the excellent customer service and storage facilities
