We had the pleasure of dealing with Nicky at Storage King Riccarton Christchurch and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Nicky went above and beyond to accommodate our storage needs, taking the time to understand our situation and coming up with an offer that suited us perfectly.
She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and her willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
Honestly, we couldn’t fault her. Nicky is an absolute asset to Storage King and we highly recommend both her and the team. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Appalling breach of security
Appalling breach of security . 40 units broken into and very poor follow up communication . Precious family items stolen. No real clear plan given or updates from the company . Onsite staff were really great in the induction process but are clearly woefully understaffed . A terrible experience unfortunately made worse by no real concrete follow up plans to mediate the situation

Exceptional service from Storage King Riccarton
Exceptional service from the very first contact by phone through to signing up for a storage unit to obtaining instructions, all of which have enabled a completely seamless and trouble-free experience. Very happy with my storage unit - great size, absolutely spotless on entry, and the ease of access is ideal. Amazing service from a lovely young lady when signing up, received helpful instructions as well as a map of the site, and a personal guided tour of where to find my unit. Storage King Riccarton - where great customer service is an everyday occurrence.
