Customer Service is King.
After 2 yrs away from Hamilton, and needing storage, the manager of Storage King Hamilton south Joshua remembered me when I reintroduced myself to him.
To be greeted in a kind and friendly manner again was awesome. "A good catchup"
Joshua showed me what he had available and I'm happy to be a client of Storage King once again.

What a great experience
What made my experience great.
Josh and his staff at Storage King in Ham's South. They were both very friendly and helpful and made it all so easy. Great customer service skills. I was very disappointed with Hamilton Central he was not helpful or even bothered with assisting me with my needs. This is why I went to Josh and his team in Tamahere NZ. They managed to upsell me to the next storage shed I will highly recommend Josh and his team to all my clients and friends.

The staff member was extremely helpful…
The staff member was extremely helpful with booking the unit for storage.It was clean and in a very convenient place for storage of household belongings. I feel my belongings are safe with the good security system but I can still get easy access even in the evening. One month free storage is also great and I was also able to use their removal truck free if needed. A great service.

Excellent friendly service
Tha manager was really friendly and helpful. I couldn't be there for the delivery but he offered to be present and help with getting my things into storage. Was very grateful because I have children and couldn't be there. The facility was easy to get to and easy to access. It's safe and secure and I'm really happy so far. I recommend this location and manager.
