Absolutely do not buy from this company. It’s a France company. Took a month for delivery very poor communication and if you think a return you have to pay for delivery taxes and duties and all of this in not mentioned in the privacy policy. Avoid

This is the biggest con I’ve ever had the misfortune to have been involved in..
Definitely Not a Uk company as suggested, the product I received came from France.
100% useless deterrent, It just doesn’t work, might as well be my grandfather’s transistor radio..
Do yourself a favour and save your money by giving these scam artists a wide birth..

ZERO STARS FROM ME!!

This company claims to be a UK company. Item came from India and took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there were no instructions which made sense… tried to email the company but no reply! I feel really stupid for not having checked out the company first, but checked their company address which was apparently based in East London.
We have no idea whether the device is actually doing anything as we don’t know what setting to put it on. Right rip off. Stay well clear and go and purchase similar items on Amazon for a third of the price, with instructions that make sense!

Very slow to deliver despite what is advertised on the website. 5 weeks and numerous emails it took before my order arrived. Also be prepared to pay customs fees. this is not advertised at any point in the transaction process

Do not touch this company. They were slow to reply, late to deliver and refund, and disingenuous. Despite what it says on their website, they are not British and do not use Royal Mail. Their delivery times are excessive.
I ordered from them, after making enquiries and explaining we had rats in our house. The items were dispatched but took weeks longer to deliver than they had said as they were slow to dispatch and then were sent from France. I cancelled in the meantime but the member of the company I was e-mailing with (who appeared to be based in Switzerland) said it was too late and I would have to refuse delivery. I left a note on my postbox and the items were delivered anyway. I took them to the post office and the Post Office said it was nothing to do with them, they'd been sent by a courier. It took 23 e-mails between me and the lady in Switzerland to get it sorted out and I had to make threats about reporting them to trading standards at the end because she kept ignoring my e-mails, and then, at the end, saying that I had been refunded when I had not. I ordered the items on 13 March and finally got my money back on 15 May. There was not a phone number available, which made the customs paperwork for returning the items to France more complicated. They whole thing took hours of my life that I will never get back.

Very effective if used properly. It’s NOT meant to deter voles neither is meant to be used outside. These facts are stated clearly on the company’s website so some of these 1 star reviews are invalid.
Mine has been used overtime (since 2021 to the present time) in an outside garage and my mouse problem
has been resolved. Haven’t seen any rats, either and there are plenty around but none in the garage, so all good

First one returned as faulty, for me good customer relations. New one sent out.
this one still not working. Just filmed MR Rat eating in front of it.

This item DOES NOT WORK. I followed all instructions and managed to film rats going about their business within 6 ft of the box - sent several videos to them asking why it wasn't working. They asked me to return it at my expense and they would test it and possibly send me another one. Wish I had read the other reviews before buying - these people should be stopped charging a lot of money for an item they know full well does not work. Do not waste your time or money.

Had this for 5 months, followed instructions, had to change batteries once because original ones died.
It is totally useless, the rats just sit there no more than 15ft directly in front of the device showing no sign of being bothered.
Wish I hadn't wasted my money on it, have had to go back to buying the poison blocks to put everywhere (which I don't like doing as the dead rats sometimes end up in the chicken run and I don't want them ingesting the poison).
Don't waste your money on this, you'd be better off with good old fashioned spring traps than this hopeless device.
This company are a nightmare to deal with (email only, no phone contact) as they just keep coming up with excuses for their crap product or asking you to post it back to France (they are based in Geneva).
AVOID them at all costs, buy from a genuine UK based company.

I purchased this item online on 13 November 2022. I read all about the item, saw it was delivered by Royal Mail and that delivery quoted as 2- 4 days. At time of writing ( 10pm 28th November) I still have not received the item. Despite several e-mails back and forth my request for an immediate refund and suitable compensation for being let down has not been agreed. Their stance is that when the item arrives I am to refuse it and when they get it back they will issue the refund.
It would appear this company is based in Geneva. I saw no mention of this during the purchasing process. Dreadful service and customer service. Would avoid at all costs.

As the title says, overcharged, account page on site shows my order but I have not received confirmation email.Tried phoning customer services repeatedly, just hangs up. Sent emails to customer service, no reply. In short, charged just under £240 for products that have not arrived. Terrible service.

I wouldn't even give them one star. A product costing £59 and not worth the box it came in. Stay well clear of this company. I couldn't get a refund after returning this gadget they said they didn't get it even though they had signed for it. I did a lot of investigations on them and I threatened them with media reviews plus worldwide newspapers. Took me 3 months to get my refund but the newspaper threat did the trick. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE STOPPED TRADING

I bought this in November, but obviously like other ultrasonic device , don't work, I found a mice death because of my bait,which it is more effective than this expensive crap. Don't waste your money on it. This people should be stopped to give false claims.

A complete waste of money. Mice still entering the loft space despite the device being within a few feet of gnawed paper & traps. I have replaced batteries every 2 months at almost £10 a time (no electricity in my loft). The company insist it works in a loft & will not refund me, despite catching 3 mice since April 2021!! Don't waste your money.

Stop Mouse Pro- This is a waste of money. I bought to stop voles from getting our porch. They come for seeds dropped from a bird feeder. The voles come right in front of the device. We put two of them on our porch and watched through window as vole ate sunflower seeds in front of it. They don't answer emails & have no phone number on any of their information.
