Great customer service from beginning…
Great customer service from beginning to end of our purchase. I like to support local but prices were out of our league until I found these guys who had similar porcelain tiles at half the price plus you get free delivery. They arrived safely, each tile individually wrapped & corner protectors on too. Absolutely perfect.

This company failed to make delivery on three separate occasions. Today was the third time it has happened and Stonemart did not even have the courtesy to let me know that there was yet another problem and that there would be no delivery. They have every excuse imaginable but the truth is, it is just a very unprofessional service. Yes, it is cheap but there is a reason for that. Wasted so much time on this. I would rather pay more and use a company who treat their customers with some respect.

Excellent and honest communication
Excellent and honest communication. Throughout the process I felt that this company valued its customers and all the staff were very helpful and answered our queries honestly and promptly. The actual product is impressive and great value for money. We're really pleased with our new patio and would recommend both the product and the company.

Great service
Easy order process, great contact from the seller. Regular delivery updates, a call from the driver to let me know he was on his way. Delivered at the time and date agreed. Absolutely no complaints.

Service was good other than we ordered…
Service was good other than we ordered 3 samples from you but we only had 2 whether they did not have the 3rd sample maybe but cost was for 3 samples but only 2 arrived . Thank you for your reply regarding the other sample that you messaged to say that it was no longer in stock and certainly don’t expect any reimbursement for the fabulous 2 samples that we had . And will certainly be ordering from one of the samples that we had from you .
