The response to the initial email inquiry was very prompt and efficient.lots of samples sent without question.
Once we had decided on the worktops required we were kept advised of where the worktops in production.
Installation came quicker than we realized as we were away at the time however they were very good and efficient. I thought that they would have fitted the sink & electrical sockets but I was left to complete these myself the following day.
So obsessed with our new worktops! They look so luxurious and expensive. We've had them for about 1-2 months now, use them constantly every single day, and haven't had a single issue. The quality and look are both amazing. Huge shoutout to Stoneone for keeping us updated the whole time during the install, we'd definitely use them again. Fun fact: my partner thought they'd be way too expensive when I showed him the website, but the quote actually came in right on budget. We couldn't be happier!
Could not be happier with the result. The team guided us through the entire process, from selecting the right material to templating and installation. The workmanship was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and the finished kitchen looks stunning.
What impressed us most was their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend Stoneone to anyone looking for quality worktops and professional service.
So happy with my worktops from Stoneone, really good value and high quality! The customer service was amazing, they were responsive and gave me useful and practical advice. The templating and installation teams were very professional and finished the job to a high standard. Will definitely use again if I do another kitchen.
The countertops turned out really nice and the material is heavy and solid. Measuring was done very precisely, everything lines up nicely against the walls. Took a couple of attempts to get a reply to my first email which wasn't great, but after that the service was fast. Very clean workers too.
Amazing service, I wanted a kitchen worktop installed everything was done within 2 days with perfect results
Great communication and a brilliant finish. Very happy with the result.
Needed a worktop installed urgently after being let down by another company. The team templated on Friday and had everything delivered and installed by Wednesday. Excellent service throughout, with very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!
