Absolutely speechless at the quality and detail of this property. Interior feels more like a mountain home than just a rental. Don’t let the location fool you - this is as good a rental location and home that you will ever come across.

Great place to stay. We were there to enjoy the scenery and fish which turned out to be fantastic and to just get away. Loved their lake and was able to fish every day when we were there and caught different species and caught quite a few each day. Beautiful cottage and well equipped, even was able to see the Milky Way at night which you can’t do in the city and we even saw the space station fly by. Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay at the Rose Cottage could not have been better. The decor was lovely…the setting serene…and the geography was nature at its best. From Bethesda Lake to the springs, thoughtful touches were abundant…including the generous supply of firewood for our personal fire pit. Now that we know what to expect, our next visit will be longer…a next visit that I’m already anticipating! Many thanks for an exquisite experience!

The cottage was perfect! We stayed up late just to relax in this beautiful atmosphere. The owners were friendly when we talked to them. We will definitely be back when we have more time! Beds were extremely comfortable.

This was the second time that we stayed at Stonehill Cottages We love the property! The cottage was lovely, clean and well appointed and the grounds are so pretty and well maintained. Bethesda Lake was beautiful. We paddle boarded and kayaked and enjoyed it so much. Will back again!

Perfect location with the most beautiful views. Everything you could possibly need in one gorgeous location. Close to town for groceries or restaurants. Close to Wolf Pen Gap for some trail riding or hiking.

Loved every minute of our stay! Beautiful scenery. Great fishing! Excellent hosts! Cottage was beautiful and clean. Beds were actually comfortable. Only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.
