Richard’s wealth of knowledge made for a fantastic weekend. He made all the content relatable and understandable for all participants. I would highly recommend anyone in project management, property development and/or construction to attend this course.

I was impressed by the vast professional knowledge in project management of Mr Richard Stone. He is very patient and explains in a simple way very complicated and technical matters. Richard has also given practical examples of real life near miss accidents which he has witnessed and prevented in his line of duty. With some awesome property investors, all buzzing.

I decided to attend Richards Bootcamp as I’ve been in construction since leaving school (29yrs) and after a brief conversation at a networking event it became very apparent my knowledge had some severe gaps that could land me in some serious trouble if things ever went wrong on one of my refurbishment jobs,

It’s absolutely incredible to discover what you don’t know and learn from one of the or if not the industries most knowledgeable person, ( like if Carlsberg did construction education Richard is that man)

As the stigma about going back to school is often a tick box exercise or going to be a waste of time I can rest assure you this is not one of those events

Packed with incredibly powerful and knowledgeable content delivered in a way we understand, loads of Q&A sessions and also allows mid conversation questions from the group and encourages this too which is often rare in courses

As a company director or sole trade protecting yourself and educating yourself on project management is a must is our opinion and the value of knowledge for the price of the course surpasses the cost by more than a country mile for sure!!!

I heard Richard say at a networking event "you don't know what you don't know" and that was the lightbulb moment when I realised there was quite a lot I didn't know, that I really need to know, especially about compliance in the construction industry.

After attending Richard's 3 day bootcamp I have a much better understanding of what is required from a compliance aspect and have started to put into place a number of processes and structures taught on the course. Richard delivers all of his content from personal experience and with a lot of passion. His main aim is help people stay safe and compliant with the relevant regulatory bodies, which does feel a little overwhelming at first.

There is a lot of post-bootcamp support and guidance along with a raft of templates and documentation, which means you can absorb and interact with the content on the 3 days rather than trying to copy it all down.

This bootcamp is an absolute MUST for anyone working in the construction industry (and that does include those working in all areas of property development!)

Richard is very knowledgeable with plenty of experience in property development and construction that he was able to answer all questions asked.
