I just want everybody to know that there is a rip off company I purchased a Bissell cross wave pro pet pro shampoo and it broke and it seems like a lot of people who have purchases from Stoneberry gave the same review had the same problem and they charged me $469 for it when I went on the Bissell Site it’s only going for 269 so I will never order from this company again and I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well

Do not use this service the company Is a scam ther products do not work or they are fake this company should never be telling to people to calm down who ADHD or austiem big red flag

I would give zero stars if the option was available! I ordered two sheet sets, washed them before using them. One bottom sheet ripped at the seam and the other set doesn’t fit. The first time you roll over the sheet comes off the bed. $85 dollars later and they could offer me a 25% refund, whoa a whole 8 bucks and change. No return because they were considered used. I would never use a new set of sheets before washing them. Terrible company policies!

Major mistake ordering Stoneberry towels based on the reviews. After washing them they bled on my light colored towels. A family member complained about the thinness compared to towels I’ve purchased from Walmart. I’m cleaning my bathroom floor and there’s blue residue from the towels! Lesson learned never EVER purchase towels from this company. I will pay more to get my monies worth I am done with this company!

I TRIED TO ORDER CHRISTMAS ITEMS, I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM, BECAUSE THEY SENT THEM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND STONEBERRY IS STILL TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR THESE ITEMS !!! ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND 2 COLLECTION COMPANIES LATER AND STONEBERRY STILL REFUSES TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS ? DONT SHOP HERE !!! IF I COULD RATE THEM AS A “0” I WOULD !!!

I recently purchased towels from Stoneberry. The reviews were all raving about them. They are towels I could buy for $1.25 each elsewhere. They are thin, cheap quality and extremely overpriced. I have not been able to leave a review on the Stoneberry site for said towels. So, now I wonder who the reviews on their site are really written by.

They keep calling me and saying that I need to pay a random fee, and I haven’t even heard of this company before now. They keep talking about a “Gloria Ponce” . Now WHO Id THaT?!

The company itself is a RIPOFF. I recently bought 1 item.I actually forgot to make 2 months payments on it.The kicker IS when I called to make a payment to Pay the Full balance they added more money ahead the due date which according to the machine said the bill was over $100. I truly owe a little over $70 with the finance charge. Please keep your statements because of some of these By Now Pay Later companies are robbing people Blind.I am going to write them and Report this company and they need a Class Action Lawsuit Against this company as well. I don't want Nothing from this company Anymore!!!

Ordered 3 products in December, it is now May 16th and the 2 of the 3 i ordered is not working. WTH is wrong with picture? Seriously i ordered a 569.00 package and 2 of the products i ordered are now shot. 2nd rate they sell and pawn off to the masses

Stoneberry trusted me and gave me credit when no one else would. They have recently lowered not only their shipping cost but they lowered their prices all around while everyone else is raising theirs. They have consistent free shipping opportunities and extra 20% off sales as well. I have never in 2 years had any quality or shipping issue. No hidden fees. I do wish they would report to credit bureau but cant have it all. My recent order went amazing. Quick approval and shipping.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Their customer service department needs a Technological update. I placed an order and tried to cancel it less than 3 minutes after I placed it and they said they could not cancel it . There computer would not allow them to do it…REALLY…. This is sad considering today’s technology.

I'm giving this a 1 star because I fully believe their practice is predatory. They will send you multiple emails a day letting you know you still have available credit to use. even if you just placed an order the next day they remind you that you didn't use all your credit yet. then magically after every purchase you get emails for the next couple of days with 20% even 30% off offers.. for the entire order if you log in and use the rest of your credit. how is this not predatory behavior. ? this is like a drug dealer.. lol.the worst part is literally everything is a 20-50% mark up if you compare anything on a different site you pay much more here for the same item... ive had many credit cards and credit mail catalogs and this is by far the worst predatory and seeming to chase you for the use of the full credit line.. ive even filed for BK before and they still offer me loads of credit . I don't even have a job currently to pay them but they say I qualify for $750 credit line and harass me to use it all up asap.. how could I pay them without a job? predatory!!

My mom ordered multiple items from this place. The items look like they came from a cheap vendor with no real quality, mis-shaped and odd sized. Calling customer service is a joke! Can’t return for a refund so we’re just gonna pay it off and close the account.

Had.to rate this place 1 star bc it wouldn't let me do a review they are the worse place to work for or.buy from if our a customer go to amzon they treat there employees better along with there customers if you buy from Figis gallery or stoneberry just tell.them the item is defective bc then you will get a return label and ship item back free other wise you have to pay what the carrier charges to send the item back figis gallery is merging with stobeberry soon just like Ba Mason merged with Mason Easy Pay and K-Jordan merged with Masseys read your terms and conditions people when you use the credit plan you don't get your orginal shipping and sales tax back either if you return the item with any of the companies Stoneberry Masseys Figis Gallery Marland.Square Mason Easy Pay there prices are so much higher than Amzon pay the Amzon Prime and get free shipping and money back if you return the item

No complaints. Order what you want if you're approved for a credit line or you can pay upfront if you wish. You can track your order from the manufacturer to your front door. All the mail order companies up the price, everyone knows that, it's the price of convenience. I find stoneberry to be cheaper than most. I don't understand what happened to most of these people with these reviews. They must screw things up somehow and blame stoneberry. Never their fault. I never had a problem or unexpected bill

They are just an awful company, you do your best to keep your account current but being on a monthly income you pay what you can and that to them is not acceptable, everything used to be good and now it's like the company just doesn't care anymore

They are absolutely awe full. They claim all these items were delivered to my house when in fact they were not the items were on back order and they never shipped them out but say that I owe them money for the items. I didn’t pay for the items and now it’s on my credit file and they say I owe them over 1500$. That’s insane. Be careful with this company and their sister company’s as well bc they did the same thing to me. Anyone have advise on what I can do about it? Maybe a lawsuit or something?
