I would buy from Stone Traders again.
The staff at Stne Traders, Woking were polite and helpful. The paving slabs were laid out as paving which was so much better than seeing just an individual slab. Delivery was very efficient.

Fantastic service all round!
A great experience when upgrading my patio recently. Stone Traders were recommended to me and I was so pleased with their service. Great show area with lots of stone and porcelain to choose from and at competitive prices. Staff are all great from the sales chap I first met, the yard and delivery guys and my thanks especially to Karen who managed it so well from end to end and when I had to delay delivery. I am very pleased with my Kandla Grey stone patio which looks fantastic!

Excellent service, beautiful products and a friendly, professional approach.
It has been a great experience working with Karen and her team. We had a large terrace and pool surround to refurbish on multiple levels and Stone Traders worked with us and our builders to ensure the best results.
The service was friendly and very responsive and the delivery driver was equally helpful.
Exactly the kind of service you hope to get when you need the help of experts at what they do.

Great product and helpful staff. I have used their Indian sandstone paving and cobbles. The work looks lovely after installation. The staff, at West End, was always very helpful each time I visited them.

We use Stone Traders for ALL our Patio…
We use Stone Traders for ALL our Patio needs. I never use anyone else. Deliveries always out on time, the drivers are fantastic. Always receive delivery timescale updates. The entire team are so helpful and a real pleasure to liaise with, they are so helpful a real nice bunch. They are informative, they help my customers directly when they come to visit the show area (Which is so fanatic and impressive to our customers)
I literally cant fault them in anyway and would HIGHLY recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Loads of broken glass in my delivery!
Giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the stone itself seems to be fine. However, our order arrived WITH A LOAD OF BROKEN GLASS IN IT!
When I contacted the company, they completely refused to take responsibility, saying that it must have happened during transportation, and even going so far as to suggest very rudely that we might have done it at our end!
They offered to replace the pallet, but our crew were working on a schedule and had to use the dangerous pallet that we had been sent, hence why I had paid extra for one day delivery. I asked if they would refund the delivery fee - not the whole order, just the delivery fee - which they refused, which I find pretty amazing.
A shout out to the delivery man himself who was very competent and kind, but these are NOT nice people to do business with. I have reported them to Trading Standards, and would recommend finding another stone seller.

Hi Mark
I am sorry you feel this way regarding our company. I have to disagree with some of your points Mark as our policy is to remove any problem pallets & replace with new ones which is what I advised you on at least 3 occasions. The glass in the pallet has occurred during transport as it was not in the pallet when leaving us. All we can do is to provide you with a fresh pallet which would have been a very quick turnaround for you or collected the full order with a refund. You decided to use the stone against our advice risking the chance of an accident. This is not how we work & feel we acted in the most responsible way. Again we are sorry you were not satisfied.
