Stone Traders Anmeldelser

Having the flexibility to order a small number of slabs in a range of good natural stone is really useful.

They have a great outside showroom to see the different types of tiles, and provide friendly, excellent service.

Customer service was excellent. Very helpful.
Delivery was great. All good from start to finish. Thank you!

Lack of correct information regarding paving slabs.

Tiles and accessories where delivered quickly and packed very neatly. No damaged tiles and slabs. Porcelain tiles were as expected , I am very pleased with the products that I purchased.

as always go the extra mile to serve us kindly. The staff in the office and the boys in the yard always give us a perfect transaction. Sometime let down by the courier but that is out of their hands. First class product and service.

An excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I was slightly confused with what I should order to protect the Indian Sandstone slabs and to also protect them better from weeds erupting later on, so I decided to phone them instead and seek their advice. I’m so glad I did as the lovely manager Karen was extremely helpful and expertly worked out all that we would need in sealants and the 2 part resin grouting and advised us on the process and how many coats to apply to guarantee a better finish and longer lasting result. She also sorted out the best type of delivery that suited our circumstances. Delivery was prompt and on time. Would highly recommend this company and also definitely suggest contacting them by phone to place your order as their invaluable advice and quick calculations on the amount of sealants etc you’ll need will probably save you time in the long run.

Very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help and they managed to squeeze me in for a delivery quickly.Customer service is A1 and would be putting my custom through them instead of my old supplier for 18 years

Great display of well priced products, very helpful staff, Lynn’s customer service was so friendly and attentive.

Excellent service provided, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great service and always very helpful

Always a pleasure to deal with over the last 10 years. Thanks The Garden Alchemist

As soon as the order was made online a courtesy call to me was made confirming the order and a delivery date.

absolutely lovely people to deal with. 100% recommend!

Neil and his team have recently completed an extensive three level patio project, which included restructuring steps and cladding walls. His expertise and attention to detail was truly invaluable throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality patio landscaping or paving work.

The team worked really hard to create a lovely patio. It wasn’t a simple job as the garden slopes and options were discussed with us to come up with the best solution. It looks very smart.

Absolutely amazing - I placed the order at 10pm and it was delivered by 10am the next day. Fast. Efficient. So professional. Everyone can learn from these guys as to how to treat customers. So impressed.

The website is not working correctly and I was charged twice

From start to finish stone traders were professional
Informative & very helpful.
From the office staff to the sales people they guided me and help me make the right choice of stone
For our patio ( they could have pushed me towards a more expensive choice)
Thank you traders my garden looks amazing…

Stone traders were really helpful in choosing the patio stone slabs, they supplied everything I needed and when asked they provided the names of trusted companies who could lay them. Stone landscapes - Neil - laid them - he was fantastic and completed the job in a morning to a very high standard. Excellent work and highly recommended
