Well done Stone Traders
Really fantastic support and advice from Ed and the whole team. Friendly and informative and definitely not a 'hard sell' like you get in some places. Delivery arrived on time and the finished patio area looks great. Keep up the good work.

Garden makeover
Used beautiful Kandala Grey porcelain slabs from Stone Traders, easy to clean, non slip patio pavers. Neil and and his team completely transformed our garden. Very professional, friendly and helpful, simply couldn’t rate them high enough. Left the site tidy every day. Standard of workmanship excellent, will use them again for future driveway project!

Feedback
The staff are extremely helpful and responded to our problems without delay.
The problem we encountered was that the product we chose was out of stock and unfortunately the staff were unable to give us a true delivery date therefore we elected to choose and alternative which they helped us with and we have now received it.
A pity about the original choice as it was what we really wanted but we are happy with the alternative.
Many Thanks
Stuart

Good morning, Herman,
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your comments are important to us and taken on board moving forward.
We’re sorry to read that your stone delivery wasn’t delivered within your expected time frame. I appreciate your order was placed Monday (31.01.2022) with the expected date of arrival to be Wednesday 02.02.2022 (based on a 48hour service) however, we do have to rely on third party companies to dispatch our stone and trust that they will adhere to our requested delivery date. Periodically through no fault of our own there are occasions where there are regrettable delays, this could be down to a number of issues for example, the sheer volume of traffic through a particular hub, or simply a driver issue / shortage.
I fully appreciate your frustrations with regards to lose earnings, but we are not liable for this. Please refer to our Delivery T&Cs found on our website for more information. Karen (Office manager) will give you a call early next week.
Kind Regards,
Edwin M Starnes

Satisfied Customer
We were very satisfied with the whole sales and installation process, from choosing the right stone from excellent displays at the yard; assistance by helpful office staff answering telephone and e mail queries on availability and price; to the professional installation by Neil Tringham and his team at Stone Landscapes. We now have a beautiful new porcelain patio.
Thank you Karen and Neil
