They had the lowest price I was able to find, but the order leaves me desperately searching for anywhere else to order from. They claimed 3-day delivery if ordered prior to 1pm, but now looks to be at least a full week from order to delivery. I reached out to support before and during the order and they were quick to respond both times...with nothing answers that basically just said "thanks for stroking our ego."

From a B2B standpoint, StomaBags has been helpful to us in obtaining some products which were difficult to find. I have found them to be trustworthy in the interactions I've had with them, and I consider that the most important factor in any B2B relationship.
I would like to also commend a specific StomaBags team member. In my most recent interaction, Mariana was excellent to work with, and I greatly appreciated her follow-up and professionalism. She helped me get a significant order placed and shipped to our customer in the quickest manner she could. Thank you, Mariana !

Pesima gestion de envios, se supone que los insumos que venden son uso urgente, pero en sus politicas no aclaran que el envio es de 10 dias habiles, ademas de no contestar ningun telefono celular, pesima gestion de correo electronico, segun ellos tienen muchas llamadas, como si fuera un call center, nadie da soluciones, recomiendo no comprar nada en esta pagina .
