First rate customer service and really interesting menus. Convenient, high quality and nothing ultra processed. My daughter has started eating healthier when she comes home from school because reaching for a block is as easy as making toast/cereal or opening a packet of crisps. Brilliant!

I hesitated in trying Stocked for a…
I hesitated in trying Stocked for a while, because I’m a person who feels like they should cook every day for themselves, despite working long days full time and often relying on ready meals or takeaways a couple of times a week when that’s not possible.
I was encouraged to purchase because there are no ingredients you wouldn’t use at home to make the same, and because you can portion the meals so easily you don’t have to waste food or worry about forgotten leftovers.
The meals themselves from my first delivery have so far been absolutely delicious and I genuinely feel I’m eating something I could have cooked myself. You know when ready meals taste like ready meals? These don’t, they taste like the really nice thing you made that you froze the leftovers of and had the next week, and it’s a treat because the flavours have deepened.
They’re not cheap per se, but on balance when you’ve bought all those ingredients yourself and consider the time you get back it’s really quite reasonable.
They are also really easy to adapt, we had the marry me chicken with gnocchi and turned into a bake with mozzarella and breadcrumbs this week and it was so good.

Absolutely loving Stocked!
Absolutely loving Stocked, it’s made a huge difference in helping me stay on top of my calories while still eating proper, satisfying meals. It’s especially useful on days when I’m feeling low, too busy, or just can’t be bothered to cook.
It’s also surprisingly cost effective. I spend around £200 a month in total on food by buying 16 packs of blocks, which gives me 32 meals. From there, I just add basics like rice, pasta, grains, cheese and vegetables to round things out.
Breakfast and lunch are simple too, I stick to easy options like porridge, toast, sandwiches, or salads. Overall, it’s made eating well much more convenient and manageable.

Tried my first dish of marry me chicken! Wow stunning!!!!!! I only used 2 cubes which was perfect size portion! Well worth the money as they will last me a while now! Cannot recommend enough! Cannot wait to try the others! Perfect for me who lives alone and working away a lot! The perfect way to have a quick and easy nutritious meal 😍

I have just tried my first STOCKED. I used 2 blocks of the chicken tings, bulked up with some veg, truly scrumptious 😋 i shall place another order soon, now I know how good they are:) thanks. (I used to batch cook a bolognaise and freeze into blocks, (bit bigger than theirs) then i saw them on dragons den, and i was like, yeah, thats what i do! But theirs are tastier, and way less faff, and look nice and neat in my freezer! Well done guys 😀

We have recently found ourselves juggling time and cooking due to our little one and busy jobs.
These have literally saved our evening meals. It was so easy to fall in to the habit of cooking a takeaway but now we can have a really tasty meal ready in less time than it takes to get fast food delivered.

I have revised my initial review.
Having recently posted a damning review which I've now deleted, I realised, during a conversation with Sam, that the meals that I was complaining about were meant for young children below the age of 5. No wonder I found them tasteless.
I was restricted in my ordering due to my allergy to Soya and my reluctance to order chicken, which lead to me mistakenly ordering the children's meals.
I have just eaten, and enjoyed Hot Honey Ragu with pasta. This is an adult meal, and was very tasty. However, I had to use 4 blocks for a satisfying meal.
So, top marks for Customer Service, with Sam responding to my 1st review quickly, and has offered to refund the price of the 2 children's meals I didn't like.
I have only given 4 stars, as having to use 4 blocks makes the meals more expensive than I had expected.

Great Company, Great food.
I can't think of another company where you receive such a great service. I am made to feel like I am important and of course all customers are, but this is different. The whole experience is great and you chat with humans too!
But thats not all, the food is fabulous, packed with flavour, you can taste the goodness and quality.
Stocked has transformed how I eat, really. Controlling portions is easy.and lots of ways to eat them.

I’ve never recommended a product to so many friends - Stocked has been pivotal in my life style changes - replacing packaged sandwiches or supermarket nonsense with easy, tasty lunches has helped me sta on track. By far the best meal product I have ever tried. I’ve been a happy customer for over 9 months and I eat stocked most week days.

Great for new parents
Great for new parents. I bought these for myself when expecting twins and have bought for other friends too. I like some recipes more than others but overall great idea and reliable deliveries

Great concept but mixed feelings
I have bought a few stocked products to try. There is most definitely a place for these handy blocks in my freezer but I'm leaning more toward occasional emergency meals than part of the regular rotation.
What do I love?
- Flexibility of portion sizes (an entire pack to feed our family of 3 or 2 blocks for a light lunch / emergency meal for a fussy child)
- Loads of variety made from healthy ingredients (as far as I can tell!)
- Cost effective alternative to a take-away
What don't I love?
- Small portions. Unless you have a small appetite, you do need to supplement heavily with side dishes for a main meal. This is still cost effective when comparing to the cost of a take-away but maybe not as cost effective compared to a home cooked meal.
- Recipes are low in protein. Quite a lot of sauce and veg in each dish. Which isn't a bad thing but 3 blocks (an average main meal) contains only 12 - 18g of protein.

You’re absolutely right that our Blocks are designed to be flexible, and many people use them exactly as you described: anything from a quick lunch to a larger family meal with sides. When we created STOCKED, we essentially took a typical ready-meal portion and split it into four Blocks so you can choose the portion that works best for you 😊
Protein is something we’re actively working on as well. Most of our current dishes contain around 5–8 g of protein per 70 g Block, and we’re looking at developing a higher-protein range for the future.

WOW!
I don’t usually feel inclined to leave reviews, but WOW. I bought Stocked as a way to replace my daily trip to the shop at work, and I’m so glad I did.
I was a bit worried they might be like typical supermarket ready meals (a bit of a gimmick and lacking in flavour or quality) but I’ve been genuinely impressed with what I've tried so far.
Long gone are the days of popping to the shop and coming back with a £5 meal deal plus snacks. For me, these work out at less than £5 per meal for every workday of the month.
The meals are full of flavour, there’s no skimping on the meat, and they taste as fresh as if I’d cooked them myself... but they’re ready before my potatoes would even be boiled!
Stocked has completely transformed my work lunches from a sad sandwich into something healthy, filling, and genuinely delicious.
My one request: please make Marry Me Chicken a permanent menu item - it’s divine!

Could be good if it wasnt as expensive and the portion sizes were better. I done a whole pack of bolegnase for my 3 children and it wasnt enpugh. £9.50 for a pack which is only 1 part of a meal very expemsive and not fulfilling

That said, we completely understand that feeding a family (especially three children) needs to feel both filling and good value, and we’ll absolutely take this on board.
For a bit of context, we do offer larger orders, for example, our 8-pack subscription (which includes a built-in saving) comes to £68.40 with free delivery and includes 64 Blocks, which can help bring the cost per meal down depending on how you portion them.
