I got in contact with Stocalfe after someone went into the side of my vehicle and the team were absolutely amazing at talking me through the process of what happens next and supplied me with a hire car, which was a dream to drive! I mostly spoke with Lewis Broomhall, who was great at keeping in contact with me with updates throughout the ordeal. Fantastic team, can not fault them.

HORRIFIC is the only word I can use to describe this company DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They led me to believe that they were my insurance company! And I was in a non fault accident and they are trying to get money from me as the third party won’t pay for the hire vehicle they are absolutely horrific and vile sent me to a debt collector for £8,000+

They are very efficient and talk you through the whole process , answering any questions you may have . All in all I couldn’t of asked for a better service , very helpful.

Luke Jackson from Stocalfe Response was very easy and polite to deal with. We all hope that we won't need to use our insurance, but when you do, you only hope to get someone like look at the other end.

I used Stocalfe Response after a driver went into the back of car last month. I found the team to be very helpful, especially Luke, who kept it touch a couple of times a week while the case was being settled. When there were delays from the other party's insurers, Luke pursued the matter and always returned my calls and emails quickly. It's such a stressful time when you've had an accident, so having someone sympathetic on the other end of the phone was great. I now have my payout and am looking for a new car. Very happy with my experience!

Brilliant Service
Absolute amazing service from call handlers at Stocalfe Response, very clear and consistent communication throughout my accident claim, each time speaking with an Call handler they was very helpful and always ensure they did there very best to handle every Situation. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My advice is to avoid this company at all costs! - I thought I was contacting Tesco insurance, but this company seem to have hijacked the claim. At no point have they explained that they are an independent Claims Management Company, who are only interested in providing credit for repairs and courtesy cars and, if they are unsuccesful in claiming the money back from the insurance company, leave you responsible for all the bills incurred! One month after my no fault accident, nothing has happened and I am still driving about in an accident damaged vehicle. When I phoned to complain about the poor service I was receiving, I was shocked to be told that, without informing me, they had decided not to persue the case! I have now contacted the real Tesco Insurance, who know nothing at all about this claim! I am now re starting my claim with Tesco, but am a month behind with my claim (Thanks Stocalfe!). Throughout my dealings with Stocalfe, I have found them to be very unhelpful - they do not answer E Mails, do not phone back and as for Luke, I found him useless! (perhaps you could pass that on to him, as you have the praises he has received on here). It would be interesting to see if I get a response from Stocalfe for this review, as they seem reluctant to reply to 1 star reviews!
