State of loan vehicle …
The only problem I have is the condition of the hire car I was given. The inside was very dirty. I had to put water in the radiator and the screen wash also the tyre pressures were showing on the dashboard to be low. I I feel that the vehicle should have been checked before being released for use . The guys at Stocalfe Response were extremely helpful and very helpful. Apart from the loan car they were extremely helpful and professional.

Stocalfe handled my no fault claim tremendously during this stressful and anxious time in my life I can’t fault at all how they have been super helpful and very reassuring from providing a suitable hire car and dealing with all matters to the best of their abilities I’m very pleased with how easy Amber (my claims handler) & Simon (who took my initial call) made the process for my myself very friendly team 🙂

Good service and communication throughout the process. Initially i was given a manual car even though i asked for automatic but then they have changed this on request.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Stocalfe Response while dealing with my no fault claim. They made the whole process easy and stress free, providing me with a car similar to mine to use while my claim was being handled. Extremely professional staff during…
Extremely professional staff during every encounter I have had. Kept the process swift and easy with minimal disruption. Rebekkah has been amazing from the onset, very friendly and calm in her demeanour. Recently had an interaction with Lewis who was very helpful and was able to assist my query with ease (knew what he was talking about).

100% would recommend Lewis broomhall and his team have been fantastic, they handled everything and made sure I understood what was happening every step. Could not fault their service and hopefully I won’t need to but if I ever need their services again I will be using them!!

HORRIFIC is the only word I can use to describe this company DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They led me to believe that they were my insurance company! And I was in a non fault accident and they are trying to get money from me as the third party won’t pay for the hire vehicle they are absolutely horrific and vile sent me to a debt collector for £15000 absolute joke of an establishment

Unfortunately, the at-fault insurer has been difficult and is requiring some final information from you before they will settle the claim. We understand how frustrating this can be, but please rest assured that you are not being chased by a debt collector. We simply need those final details from you to bring this matter to a close and ensure the at-fault insurer fulfils their obligation.
