The facilities at St James are outstanding and maintained to a very high standard, with both excellent indoor and outdoor settings. The Events Manager is very helpful, friendly and professional, and has made our lettings experience extremely positive. We have developed a great relationship with the school, and our customers are very happy with the venue.

St james provided a lovely room to host a baby shower, they provided tables and chairs and parking spaces for the guest. The room was a good size and the process of hiring was easy. I have recommended St james to friends and family and I believe bookings have been made already thanks to my recommendation.

This venue has amazing facilities which we intend to utilise again and again! In saying that, we wouldn't have had the pleasure of experiencing the facilities if it wasn't for Gillian who made everything happen in the first place, very helpful and always ready and willing to make things happen, she is absolutely brilliant and such a pleasure to deal with! I run a local Maths & English Tuition Centre in Ashford and once a year we have an awards ceremony to celebrate the success of the students achievements and progress. Having approached Gillian from St James Senior Boys' School, was one of the best options. There was constant communication of the needs and requirements for the day, and they were very accommodating for site visits to help plan the event. The Moot Hall was prepared as agreed and to the standards outlaid. We only had a slight problem with the Wi-Fi on the day of the event, even then Gillian tried her best to resolve it. I would definitely recommend the venue and business, the professionalism was great and always honest. Great to do business with them, and I am looking forward to hiring the venue in the future for similar events.

The staff are wonderful, the pitches are always in great condition and the opponents love facing us here, we used it to host country youths cricket and it’s a Wonderful location with a great set of support staff. I wish we could book it even more often

Gillian was fabulous, she was super helpful and so understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very prompt and always just on the end of the phone. The venue is beautiful, would definitely recommend.

We would like to thank you and your staff for the amazing opportunity to hold our parent training conference at St James. The feedback on the venue was amazing, as its in such a beautiful setting. Obviously I’m biased being an ex pupil. It was also surreal standing on that stage giving a presentation, 30 years later, but this time a success.

We have used St James previously for our Sumer BBQ but it was my first time dealing with the school.

The facility has everything that we needed, local to our office, and the Events Manager was so helpful leading up to the event and on the day. We will consider using the school again.

The venue was just perfect; we had a bouncy castle in the hall and the doors wide open so the children could move between the grounds and insure. Staff were incredibly helpful and the whole process of hire was very smooth. We would highly recommend.

A fantastic venue set in lovely, well maintained grounds within easy distance for both road and train travel. I have had great support from all that were involved in the use of the venue. The venue is spacious and clean with brilliant facilities and parking. Nothing is too much trouble for all concerned. I would highly recommend this for events.

We have used St James Prep School venue a few times to run our children's holiday camp. We have had the best experience working alongside the team at St James.

St James's Enterprises have been really helpful when we have needed to come and view the fantastic facilities that they have to offer at both of their sites (Ashford & Olympia).

We had the most amazing day and all our guests really enjoyed the whole day.
Such a unique venue being able to have a traditional church wedding in the beautiful chapel on site and a reception that offered enough space for sit down meal, entertainment, bar and a lovely courtyard garden.
Nothing was too much trouble and everyone involved worked so hard to make the day so special for us.
