I’ve gotten 3 different jackets from this shop, and have a 4th on the way. Each one is perfectly made: neat stitching, comfortable material, amazing and unique designs. You can tell this company loves to listen to their customers, creating clothes that they know people will love.
Great Quality
I first found stitch spring when I was looking for a Yuji Itadori jacket for a holloween costume. I didn’t realize it at the time but it was a pre-order and I wasn’t able to go as Yuji. (I dressed as Toji instead) When the jacket arrived I immediately loved it and even ordered a Jinx jacket and pants when they did an Arcane drop. Their items are really good quality and look amazing and I’m patiently waiting for when they drop another line that i’m interested in and i’ll def be buying it.

The process takes approximately six months for this small company to produce high quality material and clothing that is the perfect fit for subtle anime references in the best and most comfortable way possible. Being patient for quality clothes like what StitchSpring makes is what I'd like to see more often being made popular in the clothing industry for their commitment to make some of the best clothing designs specific for anime!

This company is seriously amazing with their quality and detail. I couldn't be happier nor more blown away. You really can't go wrong with their original and handcrafted pieces. This site is not a scam, their design are completely their own and I couldn't recommend them more. Not only do they sell clothes but they build a wonderful community that gives back. They offer giveaways, live events, great discounts they communicate well with their customers whether you're a one time buyer or part of the community. I bought 2 pairs of pants, Shibuya pants and the cursed chains ones. What I got was way beyond just a pair of pants. A custom made box, inside it was personal artwork from the company, and even stickers!! The pants felt good, and I loved every part of my purchase. It may take awhile but that is something that comes with outstanding quality such as this. Be patient, your shipment will arrive and you won't be happier nor ever regret buying from stitch spring.

Bought my Shinobu Cardigan last year, after waiting 6 months to receive it (in France, with no hidden fees) with updates of production along the way, i can assure you it's truly a unique and carefully crafted piece of art. I only have compliments about it from my non otakus coworkers, that says a lot about the quality and the beauty of this piece lol. I really love it and i don't wear it often because i want to preserve it and keep it in perfect condition for as long as i can. The packaging itself is really cool too, i've kept the box it came into :) they love their products and it shows. Buy one, you'll see ! I'm so happy with my cardigan, if i see another pièce that catch my attention in the future, i will buy it because i know that i will have an exceptional handcrafted item that's worth the wait. The fabric and the little détails (pearls and magnetic buttons) are high quality, haven't seen that anywhere else. You can trust them to deliver, believe me !

The pre-order timeline is pretty clear about when you can expect your order and if there were ever any delays, the customer service has always informed me in a quick and friendly fashion. If you want to buy something at stitch spring, there are a few pros and a few contras.
Pro:
-the quality is actually very great. It is not the best of best but it’s more than enough
-you actually get your product. Only because there are a few people who had problems with their delivery (with I am very sorry for) it doesn’t mean the Product will not arrive at all
Contras:
-The Time you wait, is pretty damn long. It can take up to a whole year or even more. But even that you wait that long it’s great
-Just Like Said. The Quality is good and all but it is not the best you could get. A few strings here and there but for the price and the designs it is really good and you can wear the clothes on a daily bases, with more movement wich is a bit more rougher. But if you look to do kinds of parkour or skating with them, you should be a bit more aware.
So to break it down.

In the end it is your own will to know if you buy or if you don’t. I just say that you can and that it is good.
Worth the wait
I honestly feel the need to speak up because the amount of negative comments about Stitch Spring is starting to get frustrating. I have ordered from them multiple times, and my personal experience has been consistently positive.
Stitch Spring is very transparent about their production process. It is clearly stated on their website that the items are not shipped immediately, but are produced later. You can see this information before ordering, so there are no hidden surprises. In my experience, if production takes longer, they also send update emails, at least that has always been the case for me.
Yes, the waiting time is long. I waited around 8 months for my orders, both times. But this was something I knew from the very beginning and consciously agreed to. If you are expecting fast fashion shipping times, this is simply not the right shop and that doesn’t make it a scam.
What really makes the wait worth it is the exceptional quality. I own all pieces from the Avatar Collection as well as the Jinx hoodie, all of which are over a year old now. I’ve worn them a lot, and they still look amazing, no noticeable wear, no loss of quality.
The Appa jacket is incredibly thick and warm. I actually use it as a replacement for a winter jacket in freezing temperatures, and it keeps me warmer than my Tommy Hilfiger down jacket. The Jinx jacket is very detailed and filigree, with lots of fine threads. To be honest, I initially thought it might fall apart quickly but it hasn’t. It’s still holding up perfectly.
There are many fake shops on Instagram, and I say this as someone who has unfortunately fallen for them before. But Stitch Spring is definitely not one of them. They deliver exactly what they advertise as long as you understand and accept their production time.
If you value unique designs, high-quality craftsmanship, and are willing to be patient, Stitch Spring is absolutely worth it.
Sent the Wrong Size, Asked Me to Pay, then Ghosted Me
I'd really like to rate them highly because the products are good, but their customer service is outrageously bad.
Ordered a 2XL jacket, the label on the jacket bag said 2XL, but the jacket inside had an L tag and was L measurements. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, and I'm in no rush so while it's a bummer with their pre-order/wave release cycle that it'd presumable be another 6 months or so, I'm not sweating it too much.
So I contact them to get a replacement and first the offer a 50% refund and a link to their community discord server to try and hawk the jacket I got but I don't have time and don't have the cash on hand to be shipping a $125 jacket to who knows where, and I told them that and that if they just sent me a label they could send me a coupon code or store credit when they get it and I'd get in on the next wave to which they countered that I should pay to ship the L back to them out of pocket and buy into the next wave (including shipping) out of pocket and then when the recieved the a refund (not including shipping) and when I said that didn't make sense that I should be footing the financial burden of the mistake, especially in the context of full retail price direct to consumer sales they ghosted me
They will gaslight you
Bro, I will never forget the time I ordered a cardigan and then decided that I didn't want it. So I contacted them to say that I didn't want the piece. (Mind you, I had ordered all 5 pieces from them and I loved them.) It was a Demon Slayer cardigan. I don't remember the name. I didn't like the color, so I emailed them. They told me I should have expected a refund. This was done on 07/11/24. After I got a notification on 09/11/24 that it was being delivered, I then asked them, "Yo, what's up? Why am I not getting my money back? Why are you still sending it to me?" Unfortunately, I was too smooth-brained at that time; I was dealing with the death of a family member to check if they sent me my refund. These guys literally gaslighted me, saying that I was the one at fault for not canceling on time, when I literally canceled it after I ordered it!
SCAM
Made a purchase of several items on the available section, but to my surprise they were available to order, not on stock.
I realized that my order would take months, so I wrote them to cancel it. I read about it on their website, they work with "wave orders", so if you cancel your order before the wave you ordered ir ends you get a full refund except shipping expenses. To me it seemed to worked well, since I had ordered 4 items I didn't have those expenses so I was supposed to have a full refund.
I supposed wrong, they kept telling me that I would be charged with a 10% fee due to production costs, a production that never began before my cancellation.
This 10% fee was completely made up since it's not mentioned anywhere on their website. I'm quoting here:
"Regarding the cancellation fee:
As shown in the screenshot you shared, the FAQ mentions that shipping costs are non-refundable. Since your order doesn’t have shipping fees, the equivalent non-refundable portion is the small 10% cancellation fee, which covers the initial production costs that begin as soon as the wave closes and your preorder is locked in."
This was days before the end of the wave.
They seemed to ghost me, but after asking several times I finally got my partial refund, they STOLE that 10%. Quote again:
"To explain the policy: before production begins, we make non-refundable payments to our production partners to secure materials and begin crafting the items. These upfront costs are essential for ensuring quality and timely fulfillment, which is why cancellations are no longer possible once production has started and why we have the cancellation fee."
They keep making up their cancellation policy in order to get 10% of custommers that realize their purchases aren't available in stock, maybe that's the way they sustain the store, by charging for nothing.
I ordered two jackets and inquired…
I ordered two jackets and inquired about them after two weeks. They was told me that I would have to wait because the items were still being produced and that I would receive them at the end of March/April 2026.
I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back, as is my right, but they was simply told that the deadline had expired.
A real rubbish shop, don't order anything from there you will get maybe years later
BEST EXPERIENCE
I absolutely love my pieces from the Stitch Spring! I have over 15 pieces + from them! The quality is incredible (I have from the Chaos, Avatar, JJK, and Spirit collection! Everything feels thoughtfully made and super comfortable to wear?! I really like how they think of the smallest details like zippers or even the custom buttons. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on them ! The shipping is long but worth the wait! I would say a lot of complaints come from waitng times but quality wise these peices are so unique and bring so much life to my wardrobe!
Unprofessional Customer Service
TL;DR: Do not order. Customer service was never any help. Never received order. Was only offered a solution after they discovered I filed a charge back.
I placed my order in December of 2024. In June of 2025, I reached out for the first time to update my shipping address as I was moving in August. My order had not shipped out yet, so I was told (and I checked) that my shipping address was updated when I received a reply the next day.
August of 2025, I reached out again after waiting a while. I had received a shipping update in July and it still hadn't moved since. I repeatedly checked their estimated timelines, but never saw any updates concerning delays. I received a response stating that it would take anywhere between 30-45 business days to arrive after it had been shipped. I continued to be patient.
September 2025, I receive an email stating that my item was delivered. Problem is I was home all day, and it was not. I simply reached out again with concerns. Customer service replied the next day with a completely different tracking number than what they provided me initially. Paired with it was an admission that they mailed it to my previous address, along with photo proof from the courier. The package was not where the courier left it.
I replied again asking what their course of correction was going to be, whether a replacement or a refund. This time instead of getting a reply the next day, I was left unanswered. After a week of not getting a response, I emailed once again explaining that since they are not offering a solution, I will be finding a solution of my own instead of just being out $90. I filed a chargeback with my back and provided all the emails and photos as supporting evidence.
October of 2025, now a month after my last email to them. They reached out explaining they can't help me anymore since a chargeback has been filed. All of a sudden they wanted to send a replacement, but could not/would not do so until I cancelled the charge back. I told them that it was unacceptable and unprofessional to make someone wait a month for a reply after admitting fault. They replied again almost begging to have the charge back cancelled so they could "do everything we can to make it right".
Throughout the whole experience I was patient and polite each and every time I contacted them. It does not matter to them what we think. They do anything they can to try and hide negative feedback.
Great product.
So I'm going to be honest seeing all of the 1 star reviews has me super confused because myself, and my friends who have ordered from them have never had any of the issues people are describing. Wait times do get a bit long but the products we've received have been great and worth the price. I don't want to discredit anyone's experience so please don't think that. I'm just stating that I personally have had no issues.
Now onto what I have ordered from them. To start I ordered myself the Shark hoodie from their Chaos drop and the boy savior jacket. One of them arrived in August and the other in September. Both items were of great quality. I wear my shark hoodie regularly and so far during the two months nothing has frayed, torn come undone, etc. My boyfriend doesn't wear the boy savior jacket often but he likes the quality of the jacket and it kept him very warm when we were out at a haunt attraction. We got rained on pretty bad while we were out there and both his jacket and my hoodie were perfectly fine afterwards.
I have pre-ordered their Butterfly Cardigan from their Slayer drop (the black fuzzy one) and once that gets here I'll update my review but so far the quality has been great. Customer service has always been great to work with as well and they've kept me informed and up to date on what's going on and they also update the pre-order timelines when they know what's going on.
