It’s a good place to buy your fabric and get new ideas.

I didn’t mind getting my order more than a month after the purchase. It was a big sale. What frustrated me was that the system let me purchase and pay for 13 fabric cuts. After waiting around 3 weeks, they refunded me (which I appreciate) for 8 of my 13 fabrics. The ones I wanted most and planned to use in a specific quilt I’m starting soon, or was, got canceled and 4 of the 5 I got were all different shades of the same color. I remind myself it was a big sale, but I’m still very frustrated and disappointed. Please get software that will track how much fabric you have and then how much is sold so you aren’t selling more than you have. In my opinion, getting only 5 of 13 fabrics is unacceptable but I do appreciate that I didn’t have to fight for a refund. Thank you for that.

After I wrote this review I have recieved responses from customer service and feel the shop is working to fix the issues they had in December with their web orders and website. I am sure I will shop with Stitchin' Heaven in the future. I have recieved the missing piece to my February rug kit. Old Post: I placed 2 orders on December 5th and 6th. Of the one on the 5th I recieved one of 5 things ordered on the 26th with no explaination where the other things were or if I would recieve them later. After I called the store I was told the others could not be found and their website was overloaded and out of date. The other order is coming from a secondary site which was not explained in the order and I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks from now to recieve it. Very poor customer service. I will be very hesitant to order from you again. Also my last rug of the month kit was missing things and I was told the missing part would be sent which has not arrived as of this date.

Stitchin' Heaven was always there to answer any questions or help with problems. I never had to wait on a phone and the person I talked to had the answers or would get right back to me. They REALLY want our projects to turn out well. Thank you.
