I've had some pieces I really like but it's a little hit and miss from month to month. Once they find one item you like they can end up sending lots of very similar items, which are uneeded. Also as time has gone on I've had fewer and fewer recognisable brands, and more and more Stitchfix own-brands.

This was my 5th Fix and engaging with the daily style questions has paid off. I loved everything in my Fix and kept the lot. I don’t tend to wear skirts often but the ones selected by my stylist are so lovely that it’s been a pleasant revamp to my wardrobe but still in keeping with my personal style

A new to me and interesting way to do shopping, saves time, i am happy with the quality of clothes sent to me, and appreciate the styling suggestions.

At first it was a breath of fresh air, different items I’d never had considered before. But it seems to have got very similar recently, a few items I already have etc. nothing out my comfort zone to tempt me.

I returned a couple of things: the jacket which I loved, but didn't fit and a jumpsuit which just isn't me. I've worn the jumper already and the skirt and top I'm saving for warmer weather.

Stitchfix has again delivered a box with some lovely clothes! All suit my personal style and all fit really well. Overall - such a great shopping experience! So much easier than trying on clothes in multiple different stores and trying to decide what suits me best. Would highly recommend.

Stitch Fix market themselves as a personal service but so far haven't responded to any email requests I have sent regarding the selection they have given me. It has been so off the mark of what I wanted and will cancel next time as it is simply a waste of £10. Better to browse yourself than be sent last seasons 'grey' options

I ordered a stitch fix last month, the box came, I was excited. 3/4 of the items were things I had stated I wouldn’t wear, I got an email apologising and asking if I would try again, I chatted and asked them to read my likes/hates she said it was comprehensive so I tried again
This box came….I requested only low waisted full length items , I got cropped high waisted chinos
I said no novelty/animal prints or bright colours - I got a mid length leopard print skirt and mid length greet novelty drink dress both bright neon green
I said fitted clothes - I got a baggy jumper
I said no frumpy mumsy or smocks - I got a floral baggy smock top

It’s as if they mixed up my likes and dislikes list.
A waste of time, postage and now I have to find someone to return it for me

Really disappointed

I can only think they have a dozen “fixes” with the printed leaflets and just pick one and send it out. It certainly isn’t personalised

The personal styler has a pretty good idea now of the clothes I like. The quality of the clothes is very good and the returns process is very efficient - quick and easy. Being able to see the 'Fix' before sending it to me also helps towards a happy outcome!

Really recommend Stich Fix. I have an aversion to clothes shopping, there’s so much choice, I get bewildered and confused and end up walking out the shop. Stich Fix makes the choices for me and I love it. Very user friendly and the returns process is simply. I can honestly say I have had a new lease of life since using their services!

I've had three fixes so far and really happy with every one. I haven't bought every item, but I've also tried items that I wouldn't usually pick up. It offers more options than what you see on the high street, it's in the comfort of your own home, easy to return anything and I don't know if it's AI or an actual stylist, but I don't care, it works. Highly recommend.

The selection of clothes that they have sent me are to my taste but sometimes on one item may push the boundaries, just a bit. The items they choose are of good quality. If you don’t like an item or it does not fit you well then you can send it/them back. You use the same box and an address label is provided and send it back via the Royal Mail. This does not happen often.
If you want upgrade your wardrobe or you just like buying clothes then I recommend wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately there wasn’t anything I needed in my recent stitch fix. I had already bought a spring jacket and I wanted a pair of cargo pants not slim fit jeans Although the jeans were a nice colour. I didn’t like the pattern on the blouse.

Loved this when i started last year but for the last 2 boxes my style and comments have been ignored so have cancelled now. Works much better for men than women

I signed up to StitchFix to get me out of my wardrobe rut. On the whole it has been successful, I'm trying on and buying things I wouldn't have even looked at in the shops. The quality does tend to be a bit hit and miss but if you don't like the items it is very easy to return them. On average I am buying 2 of my 5 items every month and look forward to receiving my parcel every month!

Generally, I don't think you read the comments on what I’d like to see in my fix, this fix is the worst I've ever received I'm not keeping anything. I’ve paused my fix again until the autumn but if it as bad I'll be leaving.

I love love love my boxes! I cannot understand how everything somebody else chooses for me fits me so well! :)

Teal and khaki are green

I have had a few stitch fix boxes but this time needed some work clothes for a new job. The stylist listened to all my comments. I needed to exchange a few items for another size which was really easy. I have kept all the items as I love them
