Black Handrail A+
I ordered a black handrail for our staircase. It was delivered promptly, well packaged and with clear, easy to follow instructions. Even the wall plugs & fittings were high quality! Once fitted, it really looks well - no complaints at all!

Fabulous finishes and excellent customer service
If you're looking to imbue the hardware in your space with some fabulous finishes (rather than the run-of-the-mill options from a standard DIY shop), look no further. I'm very happy with the product I ordered from Stiley Living, and the customer service was truly above and beyond. I'll definitely return to them in future.

Really helpful
The handrail itself is really nice the colour looks even better than I expected. The communication from stiley was also superb I needed to order an extra 1.2m of rail and Tom helped me and made sure I ordered the correct extras that I needed.

Good quality rails
Pros:
Love the rails. Good quality. When the company does respond, you get your issue resolved.
Cons:
Missing parts in the first order.
Order placed but they rang me to say it was actually out if stock and 6 weeks to get in.
Not very quick to respond.
That being said I would purchase from the company again as I did think the product was quality.
