I received my tile samples very quickly and received a courtesy call from Clare to ensure i had received them safely. I ended up purchasing 85m2 of the Soho Silver outdoor tiles. The tiles were received on the date expected and i was given a window of when the delivery would take place.

My landscaper was very impressed with the tiles and was slightly jealous that he had not used them for his own garden! There were no breakages despite the landscapers having to make some awkward cuts for a manhole cover and recessed lights.

Big shout out to Clare Liddell who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was very helpful and accommodating on providing samples, delivery arrangements and estimates of quantities to orders. Always polite and I never felt pressured into anything.

We have had a fantastic experience with Stiled and are delighted with our purchase for 90x90cm tiles for our new kitchen extension, and matching outdoor tiles.

We visited the show garden near Banbury, which is inspirational and well worth a visit. Clare did an excellent job showing us around, and advising on colours.

Wonderful bespoke service at the Stiled show garden in Culworth. The team helped me pick my outdoor slabs and I even ended up getting some small glossy tiles for our BBQ area outside to add a pop of colour! They are stunning and I am delighted with the quality.

Ordered two sample tiles of the same design, which arrived quickly, followed up by a call a couple of days later asking could they help in anyway. We later went on to order the tiles through a local agent near use. We have used these tiles as a design feature in our garden and they look stunning. Very good quality tiles

Purchased Langam Arctic outdoor porcelain tiles for extensive patio and garden room. Only once fitted was it discovered that the tiles absorb the dirt making it virtually impossible to clean. Have been told I could get a refund only if they had not been laid. I explained that nobody I know puts tiles down without fixing them so you would not know there was an issue before fitting. They looked fabulous but they have now ruined the look of my new room because of their dirty appearance. I purchased them as they were meant to be maintenance free, not requiring a sealant and a wash with soapy water was all that was required to clean them. I employed two cleaners to give the floor an extensive clean and it took them 8 hours in total to clean. The store I purchased them from have now given me strong chemicals to clean them. I have scrubbed the marks and also used a steam cleaner but marks still remain. The company ,Stiled, who supply these tiles have been told of my dissatisfaction several months ago and I still have not been approached by them offering a solution. No representative from Stiled has bothered to come and see the issue.
I feel they must have known there was a problem before I bought them because I have since been told they are testing a new product that will prevent marks /or will clean the tiles- but the tests are not complete and the product is not available!!
The tiles in the room are fitted on top of an electric floor. Removing them would require the installation of a new mat .

His Service approach,knowledge about tiles put boty my wife and I minds at ease.
When spending thousands you want to make sure all is right.
No pressure to sell and Lloyd offered great flexibility eg like allowing us to take samples home to check and test.

Company I had bought tiles from mixed metric up with imperial, and I ended up short. Needed extra quick. Phoned Stiled direct. Couldn't have been more helpful. Received tiles quickly and job was a gud un. Will go straight to Stiled directly next time.

Sent samples without question

Tiles look on is totally different on website to product received. No action taken after notified. Advise always get a sample or better still best buy tiles where you can touch and feel them
