Good quality, work speedy, and good price!!

I had a great experience with this company. I was new to printing my art, but the Stickeryou site was super simple use and the reps were very friendly. I loved the quality of the patches I ordered! I would definitely recommend this company to my art friends.

Order #2210011930046083028. Ordered a simple label. Came in .25 inches short in height and it was incorrectly positioned on the roll so it was impossible to us my label machine. Looked for company contact information...no phone, no email, only contact form. Sent contact form...waited 24 hours. Got email back asking for photo of problem. Sent photo...email bounced back saying 'no email address exists'. No phone call, no response, chat person says that the company has no phone lines. Will need to call credit card company to reverse charges. If you are a 12 year old girl who wants to put stickers on your bicycle, this company is for you. But if you are a serious business with serious clients...go somewhere else that has serious customer service.

The graphics were terrible amd “customer service.” They emailed me at 5:30pm on a business day and gave me 8 total hours to reply with a different photo file. Instead of calling me or extending the time to the next business day, they just went ahead and made the $180 worth of decals that looked horrible. THEN, the next day, I sent my updated file and asked that it be used as they requested. They said it’s too late. I asked that the original not be used or discarded if already made. They refused to do that and went ahead and shipped me the decals knowing that they weren’t even close to acceptable in quality. So I then had to pay another $55 to ship them back and get a refund. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE THEY STICK TO A 8 HOUR (ANY TIME OF DAY) TIME LIMIT FOR YOU TO GET BACK TO THEM. Why couldn’t they call me? Why couldn’t they have just re-run the product after I sent the file? They knew how it would look and still made it. Wasted material, my time and their time. I explained in email TWICE how the 8 hour time limit really just doesn’t make any sense. They didn’t care at all, didn’t care that it wasted my money and time. Didn’t care to even CONSIDER to change this policy. I have worked with multiple businesses online before and they never go ahead and produce something until they feel it is acceptable. I’ve had a 16 email chain with a business before they cut out my metal product because they would not do it until everything was perfect. They never even charged me for this which they could have. So in essence, StickerYou will never be used by me again and shouldn’t be used by anyone else. They don’t care about their customers. They don’t listen to criticism. They suck.

I visited their site today, and within minutes got an email from them although I had not entered any information on their pages. They must be pulling the information from autofill, so I have to wonder what other information they have been gathering.

I put in a very basic order and provided clear instructions as what to do. I was just trying to have my logo printed on holographic paper in a die cut form. Simple, straightforward, should be something a company like this can do blindfolded. I get an email a couple days later asking for clarification on what to print. I quickly responded and stated again what should be printed in the most simple language. A couple days later (yesterday) I receive an email saying they don't know what to print and they adjusted the design. Once again, I responded right away and corrected them and requested they do not make any changes to the original design. At 3 AM this morning I get another email that they are removing part of the logo (even though they were NEVER told to) and wanted to clarify if that was correct. Obviously I was asleep and unable to respond, but that didn't stop them from sending another email saying they were moving their new creation to production. When I woke up, I could not believe they were complicating my order like this and immediately reached out. I sent multiple emails and receive NO RESPONSE BACK. I tired to call their number but only would be disconnected and left me no option but to email every email address they have. Teagan respond and apologized and said they would issue a refund, but then communication has stopped. I have no confirmation email about a refund, they sent me another email trying to reprint it, and I just don't understand why they cannot read or respond back. And I'm truly confused as how such a simple print became a moon mission for this company. Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have used StickerYou a few times. My last order was horrible. I used half of the custom order sheet and it started peeling at the edges. I went to use the other half of the sheet and even on the sheet it started to peel and lift up - curl around the edges. I didnt have this problem with other orders. I wrote customer service and they ignored me. Horrible.

Ordered two different sets of stickers and 3 weeks later have not received either one. Also had my credit card information stolen after using this site.

Just received my sticker order and am very happy with the quality and customer service. They caught a transparency layer in the file, requested it be fixed (which we did) and were able to get us our order in good time still. The stickers were perfectly die-cut and were thicker and a higher quality than I had expected coming in. Will definitely order again.

My experience with StickerYou pretty much sucked. I recently placed an order for some clear vinyl stickers. Unfortunately, StickerYou went ahead and printed the stickers with an inaccurate die-cut. This could have been avoided if they had just sent a proof beforehand. I even included a note about the die-cut during the ordering process, but it seems to have been ignored. Just for any prospective customers, what you see in their design preview, IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU'LL GET. Don't bother including special notes.

I tried to place an order for over a week, but no one would process my order. They kept saying they'd get around to helping me but never did so I went with someone else.

Excellent customer service. Stickers always arrive on time or before expected arrival date.

Pretty good quality, and excellent services, fast delivery. I ordered a custom patch which had a defect but the customer service reps helped and shipped out a replacement quickly. I would order from them again and would pass the word along to others.
