One can go to many places to recieve injectable treatments but I would strongly recommend Miss Balaratnam at S-thetics for the genuine care and attention she has given me as a patient.

I have been a regular client of Miss Balaratnam for six years and would not trust anyone else with my face. Her medical background enables her to really get to grips with each client's needs and priorities, and give appropriate advice and clinical solutions. For me this has meant tackling rosacea and super-reactive skin, on top of the usual issues associated with ageing. If you want someone to take your long term best solution seriously, then this is the clinic for you. I have been visiting Miss Balaratnam and her colleagues for about 18 months now. My skin has gone from strength to strength with the care and attention that has been taken over product recommendations and the facials I have been having. Specifically I have had Hydrofacials, Intraceuticals Oxygen Facials, Endymed and just last week I tried Botox for the first time. Because I've been visiting the clinic for over a year I had every faith that my latest treatment would be as good as the rest. I was right. The Botox looks completely natural, has not been overdone and I feel very comfortable with the results. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of starting to look after their whole routine more to visit S-Thetics and have a chat as I certainly haven't been disappointed.

I first visited S-Thetics pre covid to find out which treatments they could offer me to deal with my acne and acne scarring as being a male in his late 20s I have felt that it needed to be sorted and i should have clear skin by now. Having had a number of hydra facials along with some enzymes intensive treatments for a few years now my skin has cleared up massively and having seen before and after pictures from when I first arrived I couldn't be happier with the results and the direction my skin is going and am sure it won't be long before all the scarring has gone.

I have been on my journey with Sherina Balaratnam and her brilliant team for the past two years. During that time I have been educated and empowered to make the best choices for my skin and with amazing results. Thrilled is an understatement! The results have been beyond anything I could have hoped for and it's not just what is visible to the eye but the 3-d imaging clearly shows what has been achieved below the surface. For me, years of sun damage, pigmentation and inflammation have been significantly reduced.

I have just had my first PRP session which is a fascinating treatment. Cheryl is highly skilled and experienced and talked me through everything from beginning to end. Considering the treatment involves taking blood (my veins are notoriously difficult) and having hundreds of injections, it was a totally comfortable experience! I had Emsculpt Neo to strengthen my core and reduce lower back pain. I am not overweight but lack muscle tone and after 4 treatments the change is noticeable. My posture has improved, back pain has gone and my abdominal muscles feel stronger pain. As an added bonus I lost 7 centimetres off my waist and dropped a dress size. Miss Balaratnam has an amazing team at S-Thetics who are welcoming and make you feel at ease. I had my treatment with Adrienne who is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the treatment she delivers, nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to make sure I was relaxed and enjoyed the treatment. I have never had anything but fantastic service and treatment by all at S-Thetics.

I had PRP face, neck and décolletage for the first time recently and was thrilled with the results. In the immediate aftermath my skin looked much healthier, lines were significantly reduced and there was a filling out around my eyes (my problem area) which I’ve never managed to achieve with other treatments. Basically, I absolutely loved this treatment. And it gets better! As time goes on the platelet extraction continues to work and increase collagen production. I’m definitely not averse to other injectables but this feels like a more natural solution and one that defines Sherina’s progressive approach to aesthetic skincare. I’ve booked for my next session, can’t wait!!
