Have been waiting for new cushion inners the cushions I got sent out are awful £90 for 2 large cushions that are so saggy and the covers are so thin and cheap looking not like the ones I bought a year ago have been in touch since the 25th of September they told me 2 weeks ago they where on there way I've written to them numerous times but they ignore there emails having spent a lot of money in the past I shall not be buying anything thing else very poor customer service

Terrible customer service and failed to dispatch order. Order was placed on the 30th September and tracking number provided on the 1st October however tracking never updated from “We’re expecting it” meaning it was never handed to the delivery company. Contacted for the first time on 9th October and was advised my order would be “rushed out” but as of today 21st Oct tracking number hasn’t updated and I still haven’t received my order. They’re now not responding to messages so I’ve been forced to lodge a claim to get my money refunded for non delivery.
Appears to be a common problem based on other reviews, I will not be ordering from this company again and would encourage others to avoid.

The long and winding road that leads to your door

Be aware that after enjoying these lovely prints for a couple of years, the colours fade and the once beautiful vibrant colours lose their lustre. Having made a complaint to the company I have been told they will do nothing as (silly me!) bought items before 2019… very disappointing when they’re 3x big A1 feature pieces!

Superb quality product, my calendar came in 3 days.

Ordered a bag and purse on 24/7 costing £46.

Bag arrived and was poor quality and had a strap so long that if you held the bag dragged on the floor. The purse has never arrived despite apparently reaching Evri.

I returned the bag on 19th August after finally getting a returns label from the company.

Despite many emails and attempts to ring customer services where the phone just gets hung up! I have not received any satisfaction from the company and no refund!!

Well packed and fair pricing for delivery. As always, lovely prints.

I got this for a house warming present for my son and daughter in law, they love it and it has pride of place in their extension. The canvas is lovely and I would highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

Very easy to order and received goods in perfect condition

Received my cushion and was disappointed on workmanship of them. Sewing is terrible. Zips are on right. Will need to get someone to fix them. They do look good. But quality off material is different to my sisters..

I was disappointed in the quality of the tea towel. I was expecting a better more absorbent cotton fabric.
Also the makeup of the edges, machining was very poor. The edges were not crisp.
All in all not worth the price tag,
I was especially upset as this was a 2nd anniversary (cotton) gift for my son and daughter in law.

Ordered prints at beginning of August 2024 - ordered in the past so good customer ! But again like numerous others I’m finding the service is absolutely terrible. You simply cannot get through on their phone number at any time - tried over 20 times at differing times of day and different days of week. Calls just not answered !!!
Had the original email stating despatched but the checked tracking to see EVRI sitting on package for a week - no movement or update.
Emailed - got the auto response of - well reply in a few days ! Emailed again - got a response that they’ve raised the matter with EVRI and awaiting a reply - surely at this stage you PHONE the delivery company not email them for them to ignore it. EVRI used to be Hermes - delivery co with a very poor reputation - re-branded to confuse people. The fact that StevenBrownArt use EVRI after so many complaints is a joke.
Will no longer wait for useless responses and further delays and will claim back via credit card company- it’s the only way to get anything pushed forward. Would recommend others claim back via credit card too - only way to get refund and only thing that will make company take note of rubbish service. Appalling.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order on 5th August for XXL canvas. Unfortunately still not received it. Phoned Steven Brown art several times said there was nothing they could do as canvas now with EVRI, but can’t get it delivered. I’m left in limbo, out a lot of money and got nothing for it. An absolute disgrace, would not recommend at all. Shocking service.

Products are great, my second wooden printed picture, vibrant colours… brightens up the room.

I paid £200 for a dog bed 12 days ago. After 11 days of waiting I emailed and was told it would be dispatched soon. The next day I was emailed saying it was dispatched and the reference to track the order. It’s an invalid reference number so still after 13 days I have no dog bed. I’m £200 down and no tracking. I emailed again twice and have just been ignored. I have bought a lot of stuff from here but can honestly say I won’t be buying anything else as the customer service is shocking especially for the prices paid.
