After waiting forever to receive the hat, we were so disappointed. It was crushed and it could not be reformed to its original shape. Extremely disgusted.

Do not buy from this company. It says it is in Texas but the hats are shipped from China. I never received my hat after two months I finally cancelled my order. They said it was returned because of a bad address. The address was fine. They said they were shipping back out but never did. Finally after two months I cancelled and they said they could only give me a 50% refund. I never even received my order how can I not get a full refund. Very bad business practice.

Company is Chinese, never tell you that. Its been 2 months since my order was shipped, nothing yet. I asked to cancel and refund, they told me absolutely not.

I ordered a hat that the description was in part ,A beautifully beaded glass, hat band, the hat I received was accurate, but the band was a cheap cloth band was not the same design or color or glass. When I talked to customer service they offered me 20% off to keep it and said, even though the description wasn’t exactly matching, we think there’s value in you just keeping the hat , which meant me not getting the band that you actually wanted. The hat band is a big part of why I purchased it , as it is a hat from the movie Billy Jack that has a glass beaded Indian imagery hat band on it, before I contacted them I did some research and found out that similar glass beaded headbands were gonna cost me about $21. thereby not making it a good deal had I realized that the hat band wasn’t gonna be the glass beaded correct color and image I was looking for. so buyer beware! I feel like there was a little bit of bait and switch here. I don’t believe they ever had the actual headbands or intended to sell the hat with the headband that way.
OK, new update : August 18, 2026 after several back-and-forth conversations with customer service I was able to get nearly enough refunded to purchase the crack hat band to make the hat look like Billy Jack, so it’s a part of the agreement. I will be keeping the hat and they refunded me the money and I’ll be purchasing the correct hat band from another seller , so I will say at this time, although it took some doing and quite a bit of time I was able to get the hat and headband I want although not all from one seller, but they did do something to help make that correct 

This is a big-time scam. They say they give you 30 day money back guaranteed but they don’t give you the 30 days cause it takes 30 days for the hat to get here. They come from China. They were crushed when I got them. Wanted to give me 20 percent and keep the hats

WARNING!! This site sells cheap copies, poor quality, the hats are in no way of the same quality or appearance as they describe and show in their pictures! Ordered a black Cowboy hat, which in the pictures was super nice, with great shapes and quality. Today I received the hat, packed in a soft plastic bag (exactly like it they come from China) That's why the hat was completely misshapen! The quality is thin, cheap and miserable! I am convinced that Stetsler Hats is just another Chinese scam site, very well designed only with the purpose of cheating the hardworking people.
