I’ve had a chance to interact with the Sterling Pacific team on several occasions and have always come away impressed. Communication has been prompt, thoughtful, and professional, and it’s clear they put a lot of care into what they do. Great people and a company that’s easy to root for.

I own 2 Sterling Pacific cases (the 35L and the 40L aluminium models). I got the 40L recently, but I've used the 35L for a couple of years on a number of long-haul trips between Europe and Asia.

The customer service has been excellent; when one of the components of my 35L was damaged (through user error), the lifetime warranty kicked in, and Sterling sent me a replacement part free of charge.

If you want luggage that's actually built to last, you need look no further.

I bought the Polycarbonate 40L Cabin Travel Case for an upcoming trip to Japan with my family with young kids and I cannot understate how much I love this luggage. It shipped quickly and their CS was helpful in answering any questions I had.

I work in the travel industry and have traveled to a variety of countries and always prefer to travel with a carry on only for ease of travel and fear of losing luggage. I wanted an upgrade to my lightweight but deteriorating Tumi suitcase and jumped at the chance to buy the Polycarbonate carry on as soon as it was released. Having mostly bought tumi bags in the past, I found the major issue I had was the unstable handle, which would wobble and unfortunately Tumi was unwilling to fix the issue.

The Sterling Pacific case is definitely a huge upgrade for me and I can tell it will last me for years, if not a lifetime. The case itself, while not being featherweight, is still light enough for me to put in the overhead myself. The construction is top notch, the handle is so sturdy and it rolls like a dream. I was able to put another heavier carry on bag on top of it and it was so easy to carry throughout the airport and when I was going to/from destinations. If you are looking for a lighter weight and sturdy carry on, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

The titanium 40L roll aboard is absolutely the highest quality luggage available. Solid construction and materials that are in a class of their own. It out performs aluminum in all categories. Weight, strength and even for me the color. I have already put over 11 trips on it in the last couple months. As a multi million miler that travels every month around the world Sterling Pacific is my go to. And yes I have tried almost all premium brands out there after 35 years of travel. And SP is the best.

I have been on the road for over 40 years. 5 million Air Miles, 3,500+ plus hotel stays. I am now retired. My first set of GREAT Aluminum Luggage was 37 years ago. It lasted two decades. Then the quality went downhill. UNTIL now. I own the Sterling Pacific 90 L aluminum Checked Bag and the 40LTi Titanium Carry-On. I just took them on a 10 day adventure to Alaska. These are the best set of luggage I have ever owned. No one comes close. I have owned them all. Part of the tools of my trade. Thank you, Sterling Pacific. You show what a company should be. Pure quality. Travel well and enjoy every moment.

No phone support. Only email or web form and they barely can stay organized and answer the mailbox. I would go with Rimowa who is more organized.

I got this case shortly before a two week trip through the Middle East. The trip involved a lot of stops I think never more than two nights in the same hotel. One of the things I really appreciate about this case is the fact that it opens up to make an easy and convenient way to access nearly all your clothes at once. I basically never unpacked for the entire trip, and with this case that was super easy. Half of it has a zipper, almost compression, cover over it that allowed me to stuff more than I probably should have in the case. That's the use side. The best thing about this case is the incredibly high-quality construction and all the materials are just top quality. The wheels are probably the best I've ever seen on a similar four wheel design case and rolled smoothly no matter what the surface I was on. This was especially noticeable in hallways of hotels that had carpet. Other bags don't roll like this one does even on those surfaces. The handles feel super strong. There's not a lot of movement or flex in them. I found the design and features of the aluminum shell of the case to be just perfect. Really stylish, really rugged, and a great look. Not just a case that looks strong, but actually is strong and is built to withstand pretty much anything.

The Sterling Pacific 35L two wheel carry-on is singularly the best carry-on luggage made. I have flown about 1,600,000 miles to over 30 countries, and have had luggage from Rimowa to Samsonite and everything in between. The SP 35L Will fit into the overhead bin of nearly every regional aircraft you can find, will not deform like other hard shell aluminum cases while rolling over cobblestone streets in Europe, is easier to pack and unpack being a trunk design instead of a clamshell design (takes up less space when loading/unloading), and rolls behind me with ease (far easier than I thought it'd be). Its construction is also incredibly robust. I expect to be handing this off to my kids someday. Beyond pure function, it's also luxurious. I always smile when I see it, and the leather work is top notch. Lastly, the customer service from Sterling Pacific is exceptional. I don't worry about a thing when traveling should I need to have something repaired or replaced. Looking forward to decades of use!

Incredible case…. Love that it doesn’t have the traditional “clam style” center hinges. For years this has been my biggest challenge with my other 2 aluminum body cases. Oh and it’s lighter with exquisite leather trim. Beautiful product. I always get questioned about my case when I travel.

I have ever owned. I must admit I am a high end luggage purchaser. Tumi, Rimowa, Montblanc and up until now Porsche Design was my number 1. Well that has just changed. Sterling Pacific is at the top of the mountain now and I purchased the 80L piece as well. I have never seen construction like this and hope they will expand their line as well. Kudos to you SP for redefining the luggage space.

I saw an ad on Facebook, I researched the company.. I saved up $$, and I made a purchase.
I am a cinematographer as my professional work, and an avid Formula 1 racing fan. In other words, I like tech and things that are exact and well designed for intended purpose.
Sterling Pacific makes exceptional travel cases that are not inexpensive…but they are works of art.
The Aluminium rivets, the lining, the perfect wheels, the latches, the industrial hinges, the reinforced corners are part of the most well-engineered and perfectly designed travel case you can imagine. It is an investment for a case that will be with you on all your adventures, always. The Leather handle adds this perfect 1940’s-50’s touch of class that is wonderful. If you decide to invest in a Sterling Pacific product..you will be so surprised. IOn this world of lowered expectation, having a company and design that exceeds what you could possibly expect, is a rare find indeed.
