Booked an end of tenancy paperwork collection. Explained that we would need to be called an hour before as we would need to give them access to the building. Also explained that we were on the first floor where there was a big lift and paperwork needed to be collected from first floor. As they could not offer earlier we had to go with the date before keys handover.

Sent a reminder email to the team the day before of all of the above and was reassured all was noted for the drivers.

After waiting most of the day today I called the team to check the status as it was getting later to the time we needed to leave. Was told the driver couldn't fit in the lift and so left to go back to the depot.

No call, and no attempt to access the office as I had said we needed a key card to enter so we would need to let him in.

Escalated to a manager in customer services who said they could not do anything to help us.

Will never use this company again.

We received professional and efficient service from the Stericycle clinical waste collection courier. He arrived on time and delivered an outstanding service. Although he mentioned that he is new to the role, he was very friendly, polite and professional throughout. Thank you and well done.

From the moment my call was answered Mark handled my request to collect/replace my Sharp Bins in a friendly, helpful, polite, efficient and professional manner. He was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to Stericycle.

Sent them a number of emails, regarding dangerous driving, by one of their employees [the clown was happily texting away on a phone, whilst on a very narrow, busy road]. All were ignored. Yet another company, who are far more interested in profit, than safety.

I was really pleased with the help and support i received from Megan from the Customer Support team in how they have reacted to our change in the number of collection points needed for our Site at AstraZeneca, Macclesfield.

Have had mixed service in the past, but as a long-standing customer, I can say that standards have really improved across the board.

I have come across few many companies in business who ties you into long term contracts but this one is a special one . Tied us into 3 years contract in small print on change of ownership of business in their top rate and averagly we paid 3 times the money of going rate for 36 months. Then came missed collections and poor customer care etc . Not only that their cancellation has been a nightmare , again poor customer care and constant billing issues just makes it a nuisance . Stay far off is my only advice. There are much better companies In the market .

Spoke with Martin this morning to book a sharps bin collection and cannot fault the service, he was very polite and helpful and sorted my request very efficiently. He then e-mailed me back to confirm the collection date, thank you.

Spoke to Mark White this morning to request Sharps Box collection. Found him to be very courteous and efficient.

My question was answered promptly, and Anthony in Customer Services provided additional information (without being asked) to assist us moving forwards.

We had an issue with an incorrect date on a hazardous waste consignment note and Megan got it back to me with the correct date in less than 24 hours. Fantastic Customer Service
