We started planning our business on the premise that we will be dealing with a wide range of clients, each with different aspirations, experience and needs. We needed to create a flexible agency capable of meeting those requirements, an agency that offered a professional yet friendly service, one that offered value for money in a transparent way, to help our clients to sell or let their properties. Having worked within local and regional estate agencies for many years, we have seen how estate agency can be done well and sadly, how it can be done poorly. Starting with a blank sheet of paper, we were able to take all that was good about traditional estate agency, leaving behind the bad stuff, and combine it with all that the latest technology has to offer, the speed, connectivity and efficiency. We have become the No.1 Estate Agent in our local area, regularly topping the charts across all of Rightmove's metrics. There is no doubt that some aspects estate agency are changing. You may have heard a lot of terms such as bespoke, boutique, hybrid or online agents. The fundamentals remain. An estate agent needs to match sellers with buyers, landlords with tenants, marketing the property in the most effective way possible. The way that happens is where the shake up has occurred. The rise of the online agents, according to some, rang the death knell for the traditional High Street agent. In truth that has not happened, and that is why, we took the decision to buck the trend and open up on the High Street. To offer our clients a private, professional and calm space to discuss matters affecting their largest asset or certainly one of their largest financial commitments. And while our plans move forward, we will be busy laying the foundations of our agency, with our online offering. We have created a clear fee structure, uncommon in this industry, so our clients know exactly what they are paying for and to cater for the differing needs of all of the clients out there. From our Essentials plus, which provides full support and services, all the way through to our Tailored package, which offers a bespoke option, catering for those properties or clients that demand more. One thing we haven’t forgotten, the most important part of any agency, it’s the personal attention and the people.

House Buyers Perspective
Most Estate Agents, look after their vendors (quite rightly so) and often don’t take the needs of the buyer into consideration.
This has not been my experience with the team at the Formby office at Stephanie MacNab. From my first contact with office, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. On viewing day the team member was well informed and preempted questions and answers with detail and knowledge. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted by a member of the sales team, and have been kept updated on progress.
As a purchaser my experience has been extremely positive.

I am Purchasing my first house from overseas and this has been very difficult with additional challenges, but Carol Gamble has been fantastic and accommodating. Absolutely incredible. Through a very stressful situation, Carol literally had me laughing out loud on the phone. We have never met in person but i feel like already know her well. One of the best Estate Agents around
I've dealt with many estate agents over the years and can honestly say Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents are one of the best around. My experience with them is as a residential home buyer and prospective buy-to-let buyer. They are very good at what they do and the whole team all work together fantastically. It is easy to get in touch with them and if you need to speak to a particular member of staff and they are not available at that moment, they always call you back. The online property adverts are expertly put together. I can always tell that I'm looking at a Stephanie Macnab advert by the top-quality writing and professional photography. It's very easy to book an appointment and when an agent shows you around a property, they know their stuff and can answer questions (whereas some other competitors haven't got a clue). The best part of Stephanie Macnab is they are fantastic at keeping buyers and prospective buyers regularly updated. When we bought our new home through them in December 2021, it was a long drawn-out 8-month saga that had many delays due to problems further down the chain, but Stephanie Macnab did brilliantly to push everyone that they could (almost daily near to the end) and update me promptly. Without their help and persistence, the deal could have fallen through so my wife and I will be forever grateful to them because without their best efforts, we would not be living in our dream home right now. Thank you Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents!

From putting the house on the market to a sale agreed in less than 6 days !
All the viewings were block booked and carried out on the same day which makes the whole process a lot easier.
All the team at Stephanie Macnab are very professional and keep you updated every step of the way with feedback and offers from every viewer.
Debbie handled everything and worked really hard to tie everything together with outstanding customer service.
