Over all great customer service
They kept me up to date on my backordered item and reached out to me personally through email. I appreciate it when a follow up is performed without me having to initiate it. The item also arrived much quicker than anticipated, as the actual manufacturer told me it could take months, but Stellar got it to me in half the time.

The items were shipped quickly
The items were shipped quickly. However, products came from several different companies, with no reference to the original Stellar order. So, I spent a great deal of time trying to identify those orders that didn't come directly from Stellar. Other than that, we were pleased with the quick delivery!

Revised our reply on 8/15/2024 - The order was delivered ahead of schedule on August 13th, the day after we received this review: FedEx Tracking 686907958825
Thank you Xiaolin for your business and for bringing your displeasure to our attention.
We have looked into the matter and discovered an error was made. You received an incorrect tracking number that was for a different customer.
I suspect that might have been confusing and seen as contradictory to the Aug 15th ship date originally provided to you when your order was confirmed.
That date is still correct and you can expect the Lab Armor beads to arrive about 3-4 days after.
We apologize for the confusion and any disappointment this has caused you.
Below is a copy of the email sent to you by Kendall Weaver on July 18th when the order was made:
""Dear Xiaolin,
I hope this email finds you well. We appreciate your recent order with us and wanted to provide you with an update on the status of your purchase.
Due to high demand for SL-42370-004, we regret to inform you that it is currently on backorder. Our team is working diligently to replenish stock, and we anticipate having the product available for shipment by 8/15.""

Thank you Jacek for placing a new order with us today for more pre-cast gels and for sharing your honest feedback with us about the longer-than-expected delivery time.
This is something we've been trying to figure out for a while. We used to keep a supply in our warehouse stock for super fast delivery, but we had issues with gels expiring so we decided to have them drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Doing this means your gels are made to order so they are guaranteed fresh, but it can take longer to ship.
Because they ship cold, any order placed on Wednesday or after, will ship the following week, to be sure someone is there to receive them and put them into a fridge asap
We're open to your suggestions how we can improve and serve you better.

Connor is always quick to respond to emails and gets me in touch with representatives from the other vendors you carry when I have a question about techniques and products. He also keeps me up to date on any deals you have going on, which helps our new lab budget. He makes keeping my lab stocked quick and painless, and I really appreciate him!

Unparalleled Communication and Service
I couldn't be more impressed with the fast and friendly service we have received working with Belle. We had a lot of red tape and difficulties securing funds and approvals on our end, and Belle followed up regularly, and provided updated quotes repeatedly to ensure we had what we needed.
