Absolutely awful service, took over a week for the watch to arrive and when it did it was not new but an ex display one. Item was scratched and the service sub standard after spending over £1500 on a tag heuer watch

I bought a bracelet online which happened to be out of stock but the jewellers got in touch with me and helped me chose a different bracelet and rushed the delivery to next day for me as it was a birthday present and for the inconvenience they sent me some free earrings. After months of searching for the perfect engagement ring we found it at Steffans jewelers!! The service level from the minute we walked in the door was amazing. They made us feel so welcomed and were relentless in helping us find the perfect ring. We look forward to many celebrations in the future and know we will always find something special at Steffans.
I will only go to Steffan's for all my jewelry needs. Sue was able to come up with beautiful designs to turn dated jewelry we inherited from my grandparents into beautiful custom pieces. My husband bought the perfect engagement ring for me through Max at Steffan's and Max also helped me to design a custom wedding band for me when I didn't care for the one that was matched for it. We even bought our wedding party Oakley sunglasses through Steffan's!!! Even now, I go there every so often for a ring cleaning and check!!!
