I had the pleasure of working at the Bucharest branch many years back, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The company not only supported my professional growth but also valued me as a person. From the very beginning, they fostered a sense of friendship and teamwork, making it a truly positive environment to grow both personally and professionally.

The management team is exceptional, especially in selecting team leaders who genuinely care about their team members. The benefits were outstanding—encouraging healthy habits with incentives like bonuses for wearing a Fitbit and staying active. They truly understood the importance of work-life balance, offering perks like floor massages, a top-notch private healthcare package, and memorable teambuilding events.

Even during busy times, I enjoyed every moment, including overtime, which was always compensated fairly. The respect and care they showed made hard work feel rewarding rather than overwhelming.

If you’re considering joining this company, I highly recommend it. It’s one of the best environments I’ve ever worked in, with incredible support, benefits, and a culture that genuinely values its employees.

This company was hired to provide IT support for our organization. Their employees act like they are doing a favor performed the work that they are contracted to provide. The quality and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. We have never had such poor level of service, problem resolution, time to resolve issues as by Stefanini.

In addition, one of their employees that was dedicated to providing service to our organization, perpetrated a fraud by stealing several hundreds of thousands of our equipment and selling it on eBay. He was charged and convicted. However, the restitution was to be paid by Stefanini to our company under the contract with them. We are still awaiting the payment 2 years later. Let that be a warning to other companies that thing of engaging Stefanini.

Working for this company for the past 8 years and even if there are things that could be better, it is a great place to work (no job or workplace is perfect). But you are viewed as a person and not as a robot and they are flexible in many ways, acknowledging that there is life outside work :)
