I ordered the expert was out of stock for a long time. Eventually got sent the advanced. It’s breaking after 2 weeks of use. Really disappointed.

No tracking link and unable to get refund
I have been waiting for two weeks and they still haven't shipped the product, and they haven't responded to my request for a refund. I am calling my payment provider and seeing what I can do.

Where is my product?
Its been 2 and a half weeks and I still have not received my product. I spent about 50$ on it. Also when I emailed for a tracking link I got no response.

No visual improvement, But...
You get what you buy, the trainers themself seems to be of great quality.
The gum is somewhat inconsistent some is good and some not so much.
Prices acceptable, products good quality, delivery acceptable.
Four stars because I don't see any visual improvement after close to 3 month of use.
I will say that my Jaws and teeth do feel stronger when chewing normal gum and eating dry/hard food. But no visual improvement for me.

I am happy with the delivery. However, I expected the STEEL brand jawliners, that I paid 50 bucks for (+ 20$ shipping overall). But those were the Jawliner trademark. I could have bought Jawliner product cheaper and directly, without "middle man"

I like them but…
I liked my pair of jawliners. They work well, I can feel my jaw muscles working. Just my set of jawliners have broke already. You can still use them, just don’t have the same pound resistance. Could just be my pair.

Give the Steel team a chance, Mastic gum is in high demand
I ordered 1 Jawline gum and 1 Mastic gum over 2 months ago. When I received my package, the Mastic gum container had Jawline gum instead. Mistakes happen, I understand. The covers must have been switched. I emailed support and Ileana responded kindly and professionally that things would be corrected once it was back in stock.
I had to remind her a couple of times but when she let me know my replacement was already processed, the shipping was fast, like 3 days.
Thanks again for making things right!

The texture of the gum was nice and it sure was stronger so I could feel the muscle work, but the gym tasted like a tree used me like a personal urinal. Normally I would be on board with being a urinal, but this time I did not enjoy it. The white powder around the gum also gave it an artificial taste despite being all natural. The chew of the gum mouth and spit I am swallow slobber knobber
