I first received support from Georgie earlier this year, feeling at a stalemate with finding work. I have had many work coaches / received employment support before, but Georgie has by far been the best support I've received and has given me the support & courage to find myself now In a position I dreamed of when starting. Georgie effortlessly adapted to what I needed each session, demonstrating patience with whatever pace I needed each day, making me feel incredibly comfortable and respected. I become aware of the coaching opportunity with Stay with Nimble after I completed a free training course with Open University. I was jobless at the time and my confidence was very low after receiving so many rejections and no interviews at all. I booked my first session with Georgie who kindly introduced me to the concept. There are several check lists and topics covered to ensure whatever I wanted was achievable and addressed in the best possible way.
I had a handful of coaching sessions with Georgie, from cv checking, cover letter checking, interview prep and mock interviews. Those were invaluable and I am pleased to say that thanks to George's help I managed to secure a permanent job in my area and close to home. George's input has also helped me in believing in myself, increasing my confidence, refining my cv writing and interview skills and not giving up. I'm very grateful to Stay Nimble, and, most specially, to Georgie. She is kind, empathetic and incredibly good in her role in helping others. Thank you so much for your help Georgie!

I worked with Dominik during a challenging career break. He offered a supportive holistic perspective, looking beyond just a checklist of skills to see how my character traits and personal ambitions could actually shape my next chapter. He helped me reframe my background in a way that made my skills feel transferable to new industries, which was exactly the shift I needed.
What I appreciated most was how he helped me navigate the emotional highs and lows of job hunting. Having spent the last few weeks working through the tasks and coaching sessions on the StayNimble platform, Jayne has been enabled me to understand my career goals and non-negotiables, reviewed how I tailor my CV to job applications, and supported my preparation for job interviews.

Throughout this time, Jayne has also regularly checked-in and provided extra resources to aid my career transition and return to the workplace.

I was at a real low when I contacted Georgie for some advice regarding finding work, as I felt I had been applying non-stop for jobs to no avail.
