I would give less than 1 star if possible. This company is full of rude staff who do not know the terms and conditions of their own promotions. In order to fulfill a status match, I had to escalate after the second attempt after receiving a passive-aggressive and snarkily worded email from customer support. Only after escalation was the match was finally approved.
I’m very disappointed with Statusmatch.
I’m an ITA Volare Executive member and tried to complete the ITA Volare → Lufthansa Miles & More status match, but the process was unclear and the instructions did not lead to a working submission path.
When I contacted support, I received a template response saying the offer ended on 15 Feb 2026 and to refer to the terms, with no explanation of where or how this deadline was communicated to me and no meaningful review of the situation.
As a result, customers risk losing status and benefits while responsibility is bounced between ITA, Miles & More and Statusmatch. If you run a programme like this, you need transparent communication, clear steps, and proper escalation, not copy-paste replies.
I’m happy to update my rating if my case is properly reviewed and resolved.

Scam and nothing happened after you paid. The reply comes from a anonymous email address without any real information.

Just tried to use this site. Was asked for $395 to submit my details to Emirates to consider a Status Match. The terms are: "...your Status Match application. It is a non-refundble fee, regardless of the outcome" i.e you are throwing your money away. What a scam!
Useless and full of wait lists. Don’t share your sensitive information with them.

Really disappointing experience. They advertised it as being available for UK residents, which I am. Turns out they will only provide status match for UK nationals because they only accept UK forms of ID as part of the status match process. Waste of time.
Terrible website and nothing works. I added my BA account three or four times and it always fails to show up so I'm stuck and can't use any functionality. The only status match I managed to get was with Duty Free but that was done through a different portal, yet for some reason the match was done by this website. A bit puzzling.
They charge a lot of money but hide it until after you’ve provided all your data.
Even in their FAQs, asking if it’s a paid service, they say it’s free (to be a member)!
Very sneaky, misleading service and I doubt they achieve any results that couldn’t be achieved by going direct.

This was a bit of a leap of faith for me with the Spirit Status match which is $49 for silver and $99 for gold. I took that leap and although it started off a bit shaky and scary my status match was ultimately successful and a HUGE added value for my travel experience as I do use Spirit often due to my location, my budget, my core values. I applied for the match on Friday and was told that I was fully approved later that day. It did take a few days of a clicking clock to get everything up to date on the spirit website so you need to be patient. In fact I think that statusmatch.com does make that clear that it can take up to 7 days to be effective. So what I can say from my personal experience is to make sure you have the status to match to. I had the Hyatt Hotels status which was listed as a qualifier. Not sure what happens or how often qualified statuses are not matched as I made it through the process. Also if you had previously book flights prior to the match process you will need to call spirit to get the gold status attached to those when you are upgraded. Now that I have gold status I do get all the benefits when I book online now. I have also changed a flight for free with the free flight flex with no issues at all. If flying Spirit fits in your life and you do it often this is a great deal. GREAT JOB STATUSMATCH..... THANK YOU!
I & My wife both applied for airline status match with different airlines and never heard anything back from anyone! not the application status says unsuccessful for both of us with no details!?
Not saying they are scamming people, but taking your money and never doing anything is a Scam!?
My advice is not to share your details and money with them!
