I feel like I’m listening to music for the first time. You know those heart warming videos of a kid born deaf and hearing their parent’s voice for the first time? That’s what I feel like when I put these in ears in for the first time. I’ve used many other products both from a music production standpoint and lover of audio and these beat anything I’ve ever tried. I’m going to tell everyone. Well done!

Firstly the earphones are fantastic, I have used earphones from all the top brands such as sennhieser, Bose, audio technica and Apple. Status audio earbuds crush the competition. Secondly I have never experienced better customer support from any brand both in the audio market and outside it. The level of care I received made me feel like a valued customer. If anyone reading this is considering them as there new earbuds trust me you won’t be disappointed

I recently purchased my fourth pair of headphones from Status and I could not be happier about it. Many years ago I got a set of wired ear buds as a gift and used them up until they were lost. I then got some over the ear headphones and the between micro. I loved both of them. My cat got into my between micro so I replaced them with the between 3anc. I strongly recommend!

Since receiving my Status Audio Between 3ANC buds, I have not missed a day or night of using them! Firstly, they are so comfortable to wear! The sound is deep, rich and gives you a much better experience listening to your favourite music! They are easy to recharge, the case is sturdy. What’s not to like?
I am super glad I decided to buy them!
While waiting for them to arrive, whenever I checked in with the admin team at Status Audio re arrival/delivery, I always received prompt email replies! They give excellent customer service.

Status audio is an excellent company with affordable, high quality headphones. I loved the products so much that I now own 3 pairs! I think what was even more impressive than their headphones are their customer service. They were quick to address my concerns. I cannot recommend them enough!

I just heard about trust pilot a minute ago. Here's the deal. I've been searching 4 a sound quality above and beyond the rest. An affordable studio quality sound in an earbud. And trust me, I spent 2 much money on 2 many different brands searching 4 the pristine and complete quality I desired. But one listen (with only the right ear buds in btw) I finally heard it. Then I placed in the very comfortable left and received the true noise canceling and extreme top quality sound u get from these ear buds. I can't speak 2 any of their other products bc I haven't tried them but they nailed it with these earbuds. Even with the constant ringing in my right ear they get the job done. I've spent so much money on so much fake ass bs but these earbuds r the real deal.

Best buds I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I did have a technical issue with one of them a few months in. I contacted them about it and got a response and advice within a few hours each time. Couldn’t be fixed so they sent a replacement set. No questions, no negativity. Super helpful and awesome customer service.

I absolutely love their earbuds. Super awesome audio and feels really comfy and secure in my ear.

First of all, they have amazing products for music listening that are just designed and balanced well and thoughtfully made. They don’t rely on gimmicks like synthetic bass heavy EQ’s or anything like that. They are strictly for music enthusiasts and while expensive, they still are well under the price points of their competitors like Bose. What really separates them is their customer service. I had actually lost my right earbud and reached out to them and they took care of me. Apple, Bose, Beats, etc would have told me to kick rocks. I say this as a person that owned AirPods Pro and Bose QC2’s. There’s something special when a company that makes higher end products can empathize with their target audience instead of just seeing them as dollar signs.

The best earphone I've ever owned. The sound coming out of the earphones sounds like you are wearing a big headset. The three drivers really make a big difference. I first bought the Between Pro. Due to its great sound, I bought the Between 3ANC. The app the comes with the Between 3ANC has an equalizer so you can adjust to suit your taste. Highly recommended to all audiophiles. You won't regret it.

Great service and quick problem solving.

After considerable research, the factual, no nonsense or 'hype' approach taken by Status Audio in the description and specifications of their earbuds made my mind up to purchase the Between Pro model as noise reduction was not an issue.
Expectations were high, the product arrived swiftly, tracking information accurate, and the quality excellent.
The sound exceeded what I had hoped for, and at a price that shames the 'big names'.
Battery life is well up to spec, fit is perfect and email response to a couple of enquiries was quick, informative, and courteous.
Status Audio deserve success and I highly recommend this particular model safe in the knowledge that any other audio equipment from Status Audio is of the same calibre.

The Staus Quo earbuds are outstanding The sound is significantly better than my Apple earbuds.

Status Quo has excellent customer service. I had connected the earbuds to my iPhone and could listen to music but couldn't answer phone calls. Two emails and it was all sorted out the same day.

I was really surprised by the Quality and the lightweight feel they have. The Audio is superb and I’m impressed after being in the love music business for over (45) years.

I purchased the wireless earbuds during a Black Friday sale after seeing ads for months on how great the sound quality was. I can say that this is true having had them for a few months now & the battery life is great too. But I had issue with them staying in my ears. I reached out to support & they recommended I try their memory foam ear pieces & they worked out great.

Superb sounding headphones, best in class!

First off, I purchased the 3ANC earbuds from Status Audio, and absolutely loved them. Better than Beats. Beater than Bose. I had them for about six months, but forgot they were in my pocket during a trip to the beach, and I absolutely soaked them!

I decided that I needed a new pair of the identical 3ANC earbuds, and ordered another pair. However, after doing so, I read the warranty that informed me that, even if I had damaged my product myself, if I was replacing them within a calendar year of purchase, I would get 50% off.

As I had already purchased the new ones before finding this out, I contacted Status Audio’s customer service. They were happy to retroactively honor that 50% off and gave me the discount after my purchase.

Now that is AMAZING customer service that’s worth writing about. Status Audio has a very happy customer who is proud to spread their name and good business practices.

I will happily advise them to anyone who likes high end audio, a well made product, and incredible customer service that backs its product.

The sounds quality on these are absolutely amazing, the advertisements had my attention once I realized I was paying high price for headphones that weren’t engineered like these so much sound dimension from these, the noise cancellation is almost too good. Seals out all the unwanted noise from disturbing you. I cannot listen to music the same through other earbuds anymore. The structural integrity of these are rock solid as well. There has been a few occasions they have slipped from my hands and they still hold true to their quality, I was able to get my between pros for a relatively good deal on Black Friday since there are up there in price but even then it would be worth getting these again and again.
