I'm happy to say the customer support I received from Status Audio was extremely satisfying. The were very responsive and supported me in every way. I honestly can say that working with them was the best customer support I've received from any company I've ever had to deal with. Their products high the highest quality and their support is equally as good.

Hands down the best quality of sound and I own bose, Jabra, JBL and several more and these are my go to until I have to charge.

The only thing better than the earbuds, is the customer service. Genuinely the best earbuds I've ever used and without doubt the best customer service.

Great company and great earbuds. The first earbuds i got, which came in two days through the mail, super quick. The battery on one wasn't working how it was supposed to (things happen not everything is perfect) they asked some questions and got me another pair shipped right away. Great product and great customer service.

The company offers, what I would compare to studio-level, quality earbuds for a fraction of the cost. Any issues and their customer service is ready to assist.

Support answered my questions perfectly and very quickly.

After 8 months of daily use, I noticed a channel imbalance between my left and right earbuds. I contacted Status Audio Support, and received a prompt response. The team was proactive in troubleshooting the issue and, as my purchase was still within the 12-month warranty, they quickly arranged for a replacement unit. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service experience—it was efficient and effective. I'm excited to receive my replacement unit so that I may continue to enjoy their sound. 5/5 Status Audio Support Team!

I purchased a pair of between 3ANC earphones. At first, I had trouble charging one of the earphones. I replied to the tech service by email and within hours received a message. I had failed to remove a protective plastic sleeve from one of the earphones which blocked charging. Within an hour both earphones were fully charged. I’ve read some accounts that said there were better earphones out there. I own several very high end earphones. In my experienced humble opinion none of them compare to the Between 3ANC earphones. The bass response is superb, high-end is clear and not piercing, and the mids, including the vocals and instruments are just incredible. I’ve read reviews from other sources. I consider myself very experienced with high-end earphones, and have been an audiophile for 4 decades. I can tell you that the Between 3ANC Earphones are the best I have ever owned from the basis of sound quality Battery life, and ease of use. The other thing that I found was customer support for these earphones was the best I’ve ever encountered for any audio product. Kudos for producing such a fine product!

Best customer support experience. And not saying that lightly. My package was messed up by USPS by saying delivered when it never showed so it was the postal service’s fault but Status Audio went ahead and resent my package anyways, Including a pair of the memory foam earbuds!! I know it’s not much, but it meant a lot for me. They didn’t have to resend anything to me. Something to note: they gave enough trust in me to resend the original package if it ever shows. So don’t ruin our trust with them if you run into the same issue.

Customer service was 5 stars to match their product. They really took care of me.

These ear bids blow the competition away. It's not even close. Incredible bass response and low-end audio. I have had Bose earbuds for years before I bought my Between Pro earbuds. The difference is substantial. Anyone who purchases these ear buds will not be disappointed.

These people are great and have amazing customer support. I have the ear buds which are superb. Recently I wanted the studio headphones but they were out of stock. So, I found them in stock at amazon and purchased them. I had a small tech issue and Status gave me instant support. The studio headphones are very good as I use them for my binaural meditation tracks and they give a very exact reference sound.

First of all, the products are great, the 3ANC earbuds have by far the best sound quality I've experienced; such a pleasureable full range of sound, and the fit in the ear is comfortable.
But I had a support issue and dealing with customer support was completely satisfying: they were responsive by email and helpful, friendly but also efficient in dealing with the questions I had.

I'll definitely buy from them again, for myself but I'd also buy the product as gifts. I want others to learn more about Status Audio products for sure.

I realize this review sounds corny; I'm just really happy with the results and the product.

To compare audio quality, I've owned AIrPods (gen 2), Beats Flex, AudioTechnica, Phiaton, and a couple of other lesser-known brands for earbuds. In terms of sound quality, I'd probably rate them something like: 1) Status 3ANC; 2) AudioTechnica; 3) AirPods; 4) Phiaton; 5) BeatsFlex. I'd give different ratings if we're talking about noise cancellation, battery life, easy of connection, etc.

But even if the 3ANC's aren't top in EVERY category, right now they're my favorite and most-used earbuds.

Ive bought many earbuds and headphones over the 28 years ive been alive and none of them come close to touching the sound quality and crisp sounds these put out not for the price at least these earbuds could compete with high dollar studio headphones and still give some of them a run for the money especially being they are earbuds thats insane they will forever and always be my new goto earbuds thank you

These things are absolutely crazy. AirPods, beats cannot compare. The triple driver sound is something I only ever thought of but now it’s a reality. Not to mention they’re actually cheaper than AirPods too. Definitely recommend these to anyone who loves a nice sound system and finds that AirPods and other brands are missing some low end and overall frequency splitting.

These guys created a great product. I have the Status 3ANC earbuds and I absolutely love them! Best I have ever used or heard, and I've used professional ear monitors. I have both versions of Apple AirPods Pro, but I never use them anymore, as the 3ANC sound so much better. Very clear, and the depth and bass response are outstanding. It makes music immersive. I have a very expensive set of Sony over ear headphones, and the 3ANC sound just as good, and are more comfortable to wear. They're great for music, movies... everything! Very comfortable to wear and they stay in my ears much better than any other earbuds I have tried. Customer support is very responsive, too. Awesome product!

I recently contact the folks at Status regarding my 3ANC earphones. 1st let me say they are super earbuds with sound quality and depth that is the best I have experienced, but to add to that, their responsiveness and customer service is beyond all expectations.

Had a really great experience with Status Audio customer service. I presented my problem and after a little discovery... they solved it quickly.

Honestly, at first I was prepared to be quite frustrated... Mostly because I was paying attention to a few people who left negative posts. But... They were wrong... I am grateful and completely satisfied.

.... And.... The earbuds are really fantastic.

I was having an issue with my out of warranty Between Pro earbuds and the folks at StatusAudio went above and beyond any expectations! After not being able to revive my earbuds that assisted me in replacing the with the newer model 3ANC earbuds!

If there is a company with better customer service please point me to them! Status Audio is the industry standard that every company should strive for.
