Superb Customer Service from Start to Finish
The customer service at Status is exceptional and, I believe, truly market-leading! Yuliia, in particular, is wonderful and undoubtedly they are a massive credit to the company.

I genuinely wanted to like these…
I genuinely wanted to like these earbuds, but I can’t honestly say that I do. I’ve had several instances where they act as though I’m far away from my device, the audio will crackle or even skip, even though my phone is in my pocket. Furthermore, they’re very uncomfortable, especially after wearing them awhile and they do not stay in your ear very well under arduous physical training, as I tried to run today with them in my ears and both earbuds fell out. Lastly, I’m also incredibly unimpressed with their support, I’m a mere few days outside of their return window and they’re unwilling to work with me on a return.

This company absolutely sucks and should be considered and fraudulent company. Their return policy and warranty is a joke. My charging case didn’t work and they refused to replace it. Do not buy from them, they are poorly made. The battery case is junk and without it you can’t charge your headphones so I’m out $130. Their return service uses AI and it’s a total joke with false info. Do not buy from them, you will likely regret it.
Best buy of the last 12 months
Had mine for 4/5 months now and I love them. I have beats headphones but status are better hands down! The sound quality is tip top from base which is so nice to the tops which is clear and sharp. Love them… defo my best buy in the last 12 months!
Love the product but needed help
Love the product so was disappointed when one of the earbuds lost its mech cover and started having issues.
Apart from them using Ai to reply to the initial messages they were extremely helpful in getting a replacement earbud sent out and I can’t wait to get back to using my 3ANC’s.

Status support and service is the best in the business...Not only are the earbuds the highest quality fidelity - they feel fantastic and look good as well. I couldn't be happier.
I am simply waiting on their next upgraded introduction.

I originally went with 5*... These are BY FAR the best sounding earbuds on the market. The sound quality is incomparable, the balance incomprehensible, the comfort unwavering, the quick Bluetooth response fantastic. As a musician and self proclaimed connoisseur of music, I could not have been happier. Then the issues started. My first pair began losing connectivity to the case, slowly but surely they became unable to connect and charge. I emailed Status Audio repeatedly, always met with the same advice. After about 4 months fiddling with them, fighting daily just to reach full charge I asked for a replacement. This is why they get 2* instead of 1. They sent out another pair no questions asked and without asking for the previous pair to be returned, causing me more headaches. Their customer service is second to none, just like their sound. But alas! The second pair had the same exact problem. They were perfect for about a month and then BOOM! Stopped charging. After all of this irritation I asked for a full refund and am sat writing this review as I listen to music through now seemingly sub par earbuds with a heavy heart as I know, no earbud will ever compare to the Between 3ANC's. :'(
Best earbuds I've ever had!
My Between 3ANC's are the best earbuds I've ever had. I gave my previous Between Pro earbuds to a loved one and they said they are the best ear buds they've ever had too! I always brag about the sound quality. hehe

These are the best earbuds by far! Sound quality is superb, Pairning with your phone is simple and you can Equalizer them by using the app,
I lost by charge case at an airport and although they couldn't sell me another separately and I couldn't buy a refurbished pair as I live in Australia, they did a deal where I could buy a new pair at a reduced rate.
They could not have been more helpful. This company deserves all the customers they can get. I'm very impressed with them overall.

Excellent customer service, great product
After receiving the headphones the right one lost full charge after about 5 mins of use. I contacted customer services and they responded promptly and sent me a whole new pair free of charge.
The sound quality on these is fantastic I 10000% recommend you try these!!!

They provide a quality product at a good price and on top of that the customer service is quick responding and extremely helpful. I had questions when normally it takes days to get responses from company’s they got back very quickly and gave amazing service to help me in my situation.
Love the sleekness of the product as well it allows you to carry without being bulky or weighing you down even while not using.

I purchased a set of earbuds, the status between pros, they have amazing quality and the customizable ear pieces are really nice. But the most important thing to me has been their customer service. They really went way beyond your normal company to make sure my purchasing experience was the best. They have an amazing support team and really care about their customer which is really astonishing! I will be a long time status customer and if you’re looking to buy quality products from a company that really backs their products then status is where it’s at!!!!
It really meant the world to me that their ear buds were the best because I rely heavily on them to be able to not be a clam in the mud. I’m a single mom that lives in the middle of nowhere and without being able to listen to audio books while working my ranch I would get zero reading done and be just miserable - the buds have great sound. Stay firmly in my ears when working hard and the charge last for an insane amount of time. I really do love them!
